Deep Earth Rooting is a subtle energy alignment system that facilitates a deep connection with Gaia and cosmic consciousness, drawing on the information presented in Lifeforce Harmonics. About the author

I was born in the Highlands of Scotland and have Aborigianl Australian and Celtic ancestry. I now live in rural Devon with my partner. I use techniques from the Tibetan Bon Tradition and playing the didgeridoo to journey to the otherworld. I write non-fiction books about connecting with Earth energies, the nature of human consciousness and sacred nudity. I also write fantasy fiction, under the pen name Melissa Moon, with a sensual style inspired by my experiences in the physical and dreaming worlds.

This book had some very interesting ideas. Some were new to me and others were the author's take on practices I've either read about, heard about or have tried. I enjoyed and and look forward to combining some of the ideas into my own practice.
