A lot of solid concepts to someone who is new to formalized leadership. John’s 3P leadership approach (adding value to your people through purpose and passion) is my biggest takeaway. Worth the read.

Really enjoyable read. "Keep the main thing as the main thing". This is a resounding theme in this book. Don't lose sight that serving people is priority #1. "Make it better". When your intent is to make it better, its bound to move people in the right direction.
