Start to share the harmony of your life with "BioHarmonizing: How To Flourish During These Interesting Times: Mindfulness, happiness, personal development, peace, spirituality, longevity, well-being and healing in the 21st Century"!
We want to live our dream life, and we can. We want to be happy, and we can. We want to experience oneness, and we can. We want to live at our full potential, and we can.
Many of us are not living our dream life, because... we are asleep, and are not aware yet of our state! Many of us are not happy, because ... we see happiness as a “win or lose” game, and do not yet cultivate happiness for the benefit of all beings! Many of us are not experiencing oneness, because ... we are separating ourselves from the whole, and do not yet understand that we are all in the same boat! Many of us are not living at our full potential, because ... we identify ourselves with our ego, and do not yet act from a space of possibilities!
This book brings you the wisdom of Neale Donald Walsch, in the Foreword, and the presence of Eckhart Tolle, in the Conclusion. In between, eight chapters make it easier for you to empty your cup, live your life at your full potential, and be beyond narratives.

However, the only experience that counts is yours. What arises spontaneously, when your ego settles, is what matters now, here, while you harmonize your life.
Can you read a book that has only one thin narrative: harmonizing your life, in a journey from perceived fragmentation through wholeness? If so, this book is for you.
I have a few books in my library that I’ve considered transformational. Among them are Neil Diamond Walsh’s Conversations With God, Eckhart Tolle’s A New Earth and Stillness Speaks. BioHarmonizing 2013: How To Flourish And Cultivate Peace During Our Interesting Times - Mindfulness, longevity, well-being and healing in the 21st Century has joined them. What the author does so well here is really show you how to balance your whole life, bringing a different dynamic to the idea of harmony. I would recommend it to any who is looking for guidance to a stress free life.
"Bioharmonizing" was a new-to-me term, and spiritual how-to books aren't normally my cup of tea, but I still thoroughly enjoyed this book. Because this isn't a genre that I normally read, I thought I would be lost in the unfamiliar terms and concepts, but "BioHarmonizing 2014" read like a part philosophy, part self-help book. I now have a better understanding of myself and those around me, and passages on the ego, duality, and the construction of narratives were especially intriguing to me. Terms and concepts that seemed so simple before - like "will" and "happiness" - mean something different to me now.
I really loved how the author took me through what to expect from the book in the introduction by not only outlining the content, but also letting readers know why he chose to write the way he did, and what we can expect from it. Even better, this welcoming and open tone was evident all throughout the book. Strange as this may sound, I felt like the author was sitting in front of me, hand on my shoulder, warmly talking me through a topic I thought I would never be interested in.
However, I really struggled with the writing. Grammatical errors and general misuse of words made it a bumpy and, at times, tedious read; the abundance of exclamation marks was distracting and did not see to fit the peaceful tone the book was trying to convey. The message of the book is inspiring and thought provoking enough that I was willing to dig through the jumble of words to find it - and I'm glad I did because I did learn a lot - but others may not be so willing.
Overall, I'd especially recommend this book to those who are seeking a light read, filled with inspirational lines and messages - and note that a background or prior experience in this topic is not necessary.
