Having struggled with post-partum, this book was extremely helpful. I absolutely loved that it offered a Christian perspective on the illness of depression. Many Christians may feel that it is 'taboo' to feel depressed, and that as Christians we should be immune to thoughts and feelings associated with depression. With the perspectives of a Christian pastor and Christian medical doctor, this book offered practical advice, understanding and simple steps to take towards conquering your depression. They write with compassion and encouragement every step of the way. I definitely recommend!
