I have always loved to read and as soon as I found romance I was hooked. I decided to try and write my own book and after careful consideration decided to self publish rather than try to get traditionally published. I have four self published books and don't ever plan on stopping. I grew up in the Detroit area and then moved to Las Vegas for three years. I moved back to Michigan but this time on the west part of the state in Holland Michigan and now that's where I live with my husband and two kids.
This was one crazy book and I loved every minute of it. This book had some of everything Fae, vamps, pixies and werecats. Gretchen was a young werecat who just moved out to be on her own so she could date and not have to worry about her brother running off her dates. Gretchen works a night club that is owned by the vampire Tanker who also wants Gretchen. Enter the Fae enforcer Adrian who is looking for Camille who was imprisoned by the jealous queen because she slept with the king and was pregnant she escaped and has been on the run it was a lot going on in this story. Adrian knows that Gretchen is his mate he also knows that she is part fae and so does Cam. Gretchen knows that she feels something for Adrian and even when she goes out on a date with the vamp she knows that he doesn't make her feel what Adrian makes her feel and throw in Gretchen's brother Richard who is also part Fae and knows that Cam is his mate and it makes for one crazy story. I was captivated by this book from beginning to end and I can't wait until the next one comes out. This was my first time reading a book by Anjela Renee and it is not my last.
I was captivated by this book from beginning to end... It's filled with delicious characters, a great storyline, and left me wanting more... I highly recommend this book to all the supernatural/urban fantasy lovers!
Glad it was free. The overall feel of the book was pretty good, but the basics were lacking. the dialog was stilled and there were too many plot lines to be crammed together into just one book. Needs better editing, but I liked the idea.
This was...I can't even. Sad? The writing was meh. The story was nonexistent. The action was decidedly lacking. There just was nothing to keep me reading with this book.
