A small book but sooo much wisdom to digest! Filled cover to cover with practical ways to enjoy nature as part of healthy lifestyle and a way to nurture connection to the earth and it's creatures. Lots of examples of two-eyed seeing as it applies to green therapy and being a nature lover.

I enjoyed this read - however I need to be more disciplined to take action with the exercises. It’s a lot of great knowledge to disgust and implement into my life. I would like to maybe reread this again next year!
