Lynn Johnston has captured the awesome responsibility moms have! This book made me smile because I saw so much of my own mother here; my poor mom had to learn about dinosaurs just so she could answer all my questions. As a little boy it never occurred to me that she was not interested in dinosaurs - but she was interested in me reading books and learning. Love you mom!

a quick cute read for the first part of a New Year. Lynn Johnston's For Better or Worse couple Elly and John Patterson and their 2 kids 6 year old Michael and baby Elizabeth is a fun and relaxing read for adults and kids alike. all the goings on of a household day to day while parenting 2 active kids makes for a fast read and some funny antics and hijinks will give one and all a few chuckles

I've always thought of the Pattersons as the neighbors. I started reading the strip when I was a kid and was faithful to the end. I have the entire collection and I read it every few years. It's a classic!
