Joy and happiness are two wonders that keep increasing all the time, the more we share them! So I am delighted to share my experiences, skills and abilities through my books, trances, workshops, and coachings with more and more people.

I love people and the world we all are a part of.

I know that true and sustainable success can only be achieved in interacting and cooperating with other people.
“You go first!” This motto has been leading me through my life and I am thankful that I have accepted full responsibility for my own thoughts, my own feelings, my own life and so I am experiencing moments of a deep, wonderful and ever increasing happiness each day.

I am emotionally successful: I am healthy and fit, I do things I love to do each and every day, I love living, laughing and to travel and do it a lot, I am curious and fall in love over and over again – with life and my wonderful wife and partner Chris Pape with whom I am living in a wonderful loving relationship for more than 20 years now – living, working and loving together. The two of us help people to tame their tension tigers and to move from being stressed out to feeling good and being emotionally successful.
I love, write and coach in Vienna/Austria, France and Tenerife.

I do love writing - blog posts, stories, poems, books - and to publish my writing. As a writer's coach I support you to live to your potential and to get the thoughts inside your head out to the world as blogs, ebooks, books and to earn money in doing so.

I do love change, the only constant in the universe – as evolution and even more as revolution – and I do rechoice with the fact that achieving it is so simple and easy. I love to give away gifts to myself and others – my favourite gift is a smile, or even better a whole-hearted laugh.

I deeply enjoy and appreciate our wonderful world and all she is offering to us. It has always been my vision to live in our wonderful world, filled with happy people. That is what I have been working for and striving to since my youth and I keep doing so in my committed way.

With the model of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), dialectic materialism and self-hypnosis I have united my view of the world with practical application.
Sustainable food, regularly excersising are equally important to me and I love to spend time in deeply relaxed states each and every day and so I do enjoy achieving my goals in a playful and simple way.

I invite you on a journey towards relaxation, serenity, lots of choices, humor, joy, happiness, love, to your emotional success.

Enjoy living and writing the wonderful way!
be wonderful!

What if you could alter how you felt after reading a poor review of your book? You can, after reading this book and doing the suggested exercises to reshape your thinking.

The book challenges the way we think and habitually react to 'bad' things and gets us to look at them a different way. It's very powerful and very useful to authors. One passage had a big effect on me. It was:

“I am always delighted with people share how easy it has become to look at a review or comment that they used to have perceived as bad or negative, and to realize: Hey, this person is actually advertising for me! Cool, he is supporting me! The way she sees the world is very interesting! .. A seemingly negative review, especially if it is drastic, may prevent other people who you were not writing for from buying and reading your books … this is a good thing, because they would probably not be satisfied. This scenario is good for everybody concerned.”

So that means that we can choose to not get upset by the odd bad review but to welcome it because it will put off the readers who may not like our book. That’s pretty amazing stuff that could change everything about how we feel about reviews.

I don't even know what to say about this one. It's like something you'd read while waiting for a root canal or before going on Dr. Phil. It has little to do with any positive advice on dealing with reviews (which all you need to do is to try to take the valid criticism and improve your writing, and ignore the nutcases), and is just this shy of electro-shock therapy. It's a "feel-good" book directed at a new-age crowd, or at least the sheeple that watch stuff like Dr. Phil or Dr. Oz and need approval and need to understand that approval and all that sort of claptrap.

If you're a writer trying to come to terms with that first bad review, have a beer. You don't need to bother with this book. It won't help.
