This book is a wonderful introduction to teaching yoga to younger youth groups. It's based in real world experience and delivers practical frameworks for developing a class. It was the perfect introduction for me as a yoga for youth teacher who has taken trainings, but was seeking more practical information. I especially loved the advice in the book to allow kids to be creative in the classroom and to give young people space to experement and to in turn incorporate their ideas into the class.
