Looking forward to this series.

Very easy read...similar to Agatha Christie, but the author hates that comparison. Similar storytelling in that the crime is solved quickly with few suspects to pick from in a small English town with a brilliant detective who can read everyone.

OK plot. Interesting resolution. Wanted to quit early but stuck it out.
