What happens at Volare STAYS at Volare…

Ever since her relationship with Mark crashed and burned, Chloe's been unable to take off and reach the big O. Enter Damien Walters, a deliciously unconventional sex therapist. Damien's therapy sessions take place at his nightclub, and Chloe quickly sees why admittance to Volare is by-invitation-only. Volare's patrons, who are Damien's satisfied and discreet former clients, leave their inhibitions at the door when they walk past the bouncer. Anything goes on Volare's dance floor…

Using a few key accessories and some hands-on help from Volare's regulars, Damien enables Chloe to reach her full sexual potential once more. And he has a special proposal just for her: Chloe can join him on the Volare crew as his accountant and therapy assistant. It's an offer Chloe can hardly refuse, especially given the fact that Damien's the man with his hand on the throttle.

With the pulsing beat of Volare's dance floor, the seductively suave Damien bent on pleasing her, and her newly restored sexual prowess, Chloe's position at Volare seems like a dream come true. However, she's going to have to help Damien get over some of his own issues in order for the two of them to soar together.

I live in a teeny-tiny town in the southeastern United States, surrounded by rolling hills and lots of cows. My house is brimming with my rowdy sons, hot husband, and more pets than I can shake a stick at. When I close my eyes, though, I’m in a white stucco villa on the Mediterranean, sipping a martini and watching the turquoise waves crash at my feet. Next to my hot husband, naturally.

I love to read and write erotic romance, fantasy, and sci-fi because of the escape factor: I want to leave the ordinary and travel somewhere exotic, unusual, and sexually-charged in a book. My characters are thrust into unpredictable situations, and they respond with humor, open-mindedness, and loads of scorching passion. I hope you enjoy escaping with me into the sultry world of erotic romance.

Today's review is on Learning to Soar by Bebe Balocca

I have read a lot of books by Balocca and none of them have left me unsatisfied. Short, neat, and titillatingly sweet, Learning to Soar is a great lunch break read that will provide more stimulation than the cup of coffee you drink along with it.

A beautifully written short about the unfortunate hangups that plague our lives after unsuccessful relationships and the freedom we gain when we get over them. Learning to Soar is filled with wonderful characters, sexual tension & bantering as well as sex itself.

When Chloe's relationship with Mark ends she is utterly crushed. His unnecessary and hurtful comments have cut deep and has left a deep scar. I mean, who likes being told that they looks like a "troll doll" when they climax? Since then; three years to be exact, Chloe has not been able to have an orgasm. Luckily for her, her BFF knows a good therapist.

Damien Walters, who has his own hangups after the death of his parents and his failed marriage, runs a sex therapy business out of his busy night club Volare. Because the club is an invitation only establishment, it is frequented by Damien's previous clients and their friends. So far, Damien has helped 299 other clients before Chloe.

Neither Chloe nor Damien are prepared for the magnetic attraction they feel for each other, and while Damien is able to help Chloe overcome her issues, he is hesitant to allow her to return the favor.

I always try to read Balocca's books on my husbands days off. You know, to relieve some of the raging hormones. But it's not the only way to get rid of the tingles her books provide.

Where can I find a club like Volare?

Learning to Soar

Chloe, a accountant, has just gotten out of a bad relationship. She has had issues with sex. Unable to finish, she is desperate to find an answer. Her best friend suggests seeing a therapist who had helped her. Damien, a club owner and a sex therapist has helped hundreds of people and couples alike. His club is by invite only. Chloe, although can't afford the money, wants to have a normal sex life. So she agrees to meet Damien. She is apprehensive but goes in ready to do anything Damien says. His 300th patient is beautiful and will challenge his ideas he has had for himself. Will Damien be able to help Chloe with her problem? Chloe may be Damien's salvation as well, he just doesn't realize it yet.

I love this author's stories. The characters are great. How Bebe comes up with some of these stories, I will never know but they are always worth the read. My only issue is, I have to make sure my hubby is home when I read them. Talk about getting you hot! Chloe & Damien both have issues. Damien knows he can help Chloe and doesn't realize he has an issue Chloe is his answer for. Two people, each finding themselves as well as each other. Awesome story Great read! Thanks Bebe keep them coming!

Chloe Davis was just let go from her job as an accountant. She's wondering how she's going to pay for her sexual therapy session. Chloe's best friend Monice tells her this is just what the doctor ordered to finally get over Mark. Chloe's sex life is tied to her ex Mark because she hasn't had an orgasm in three years. Damien Walters is the owner of Volare and well known freelance sex therapist. He's in dire need of an accountant if he expects to open up his restaurant Razzo. Chloe is nervous about meeting Damien. But neither one is prepared for the attraction they feel or they're actions to it's response. Can Damien solve Chloe's sexual problem? Can Chloe help Damien organize his finances? Will they admit their attraction? Your answers await you in Learning to Soar.

Learning To Soar was such a surprising read for me. The author did a fabulous job of using a private club as a backdrop for sexual therapy. I was skeptical about the setting but in the end loved it because it was perfect. This book is one of my page/chapter turners. I thought the character's were refreshing, unique, honest, hopeful, determined, lovable, wary, and learning to trust one another. I will read books from this author again.
