This thrilling sci-fi/fantasy series welcomes you to Japan, a top-ten destination for extraterrestrials looking for refuge, relaxation, a good time, or just to raise a little hell!
Join one unsuspecting Tokyoite as he discovers that intergalactic tourist relations can prove to be a lot more dangerous than they seem!
Hapless Akira Gunji somehow finds himself on what can only be called a date with one of the AMO’s most wanted aliens, Raika Nadeshiko! But Akira's partner, Sho, has been tasked with eliminating Raika—and he's dead set on carrying out his mission! When Sho crashes the date with an attack out of the blue, Akira throws up a shield to protect Raika. Still...can he really believe a fugitive's claims of innocence?
The pair manage to flee the scene and escape Sho, but once another Raika shows up, a hyper-dimensional battle between aliens is about to unfold!
Shame. I have really liked this series but this volume was annoying. Ririka is a great , fascinating character , little annoying but interesting! but Raika? I can't. Too many anime troupes in this one, felt like a My Hero Episode
I continue to adore this series. It feels very underrated or maybe I'm just missing out on where the EN fandom is at, lol.
Another great volume with twists and turns! Akira just doing his best is such a mood, too 😂 NAOE is a national treasure as a mangaka too. Her notes are hilarious and add another layer of life to the story. 🩵
Pierwsza poważna drama w ,,związku” Akiry i Sho!
[3.25] The Raika and Ririka situation/backstory was honestly quite a read. I also loved how Raika wasn’t just tied to Akio but somehow ended up connected to Akira too. Watching Akira and Sho grow into this surprisingly solid duo has also been one of my favorite parts. That reveal about their always-absent schoolmate being one of the opps actually threw me. I wonder how Akira and Sho would react if they realized who he really is.
The twists and turns are just okay and leave me wondering if the previous story bits will matter in the end. The character development is stalled, at least for now, while we are suddenly focused on these alien twin sisters and not much else. A bit too random.
No amount of tragic backstory is going to make Raika any less grating with her constant, “I’m so cute! Aren’t you lucky that you get to see a cute girl like me??” Stop it. Get some help.
Another fun volume. This one was a bit more action focused and less dropping hints about some of the MCs past. Eagerly awaiting the next volume to be published in English.
