Part II of the Public Attraction Trilogy
Emma Turrell thought life in Hollywood would be exciting. But she has no idea how many surprises she'll find.

As she and her movie star lover, the mysterious Paul Thatcher, grow closer, their personal and sexual connection becomes even stronger. But at the same time, Emma begins to search for the truth about Paul.

Love in public turns out to be complicated for Emma and her friends--and the closer she gets to the truth, the closer she comes to being betrayed by the people she cares for the most.

This pseudonymous novella is Part II of the Public Attraction Trilogy. Desire can't wait for privacy. Neither should you.

I'm the pseudonymous author of the Public Attraction trilogy. While I can't tell you more about myself, I can tell you about my likes: crushed red peppers; dark eyes; driving in fall; mysteries.

Okay, I spent about 90% of this book with an urge to slap Emma. She was out of control with trust issues and being overly annoying. Then Bam - I suddenly took back every bad thought. She could have stabbed kittens and I would have forgiven her after that happened.

I am torn on whether or not I am liking the way these are written. Starting about 90% in to the story - back tracking from the beginning then the end of the story happening. It makes me a bit nervous at the start of the book, I am not sure if I like knowing that the disaster happens just when I start the story. But then again it's sort of like tearing off the band-aid.

So Emma is with Paul, she took the leap and went to LA. But there are many secrets that Paul has not shared yet and even though they are getting closer - more connected, she is learning about Paul in little (very little) bits and pieces. There are some secrets that he doesn't seem willing to share - that Emma might just find out for herself.

There is a ton of drama in this one - it takes to the very end for it to get to the point of actual drama though. Emma has a lot of trust issues and doubt - unsure of why Paul wants her. She imagines the worst case scenario...unfortunately for her - she was not even close. Not even in the same hemisphere. Wow. That was not expected...Paul has some issues. That just was not right at all - I am not sure there is a way to come back from that.

Hmmm...well lets just say you will need to read book 3 immediately (like I'm about to do) to get past that deception.

Second in a series, the author continues the relationship between an actor and a Midwest farm girl. This book was written seamlessly from the first. The plot and characters come to life on the pages and keep you so intrigued with each chapter. The author truly has a knack for keeping you in suspense and the erotica is up there with the best. If you've read the first part, you can't stop now!

This was the biggest deception of all times. What kind of person? Does Paul have nite secrets. DVDs wow what else is going on? And did her BFF really cheat on her. I'm not real sure about this series. But I'll continue to read. That must mean something.

Still no real connection between the characters.
