Very in-depth, glossy-paged, fact-filled guide with interesting tidbits of information. Not just about how to attract birds year round, but also about their behaviors and biology. Organized by seasonal needs, month by month, with an emphasize on Midwest birds. Good for picking up occasionally to use as a reference or coffee table book, or reading end to end. Would make a great gift or addition to one’s own field guides.
