The Louisiana Purchase is a fascinating read and gives a thorough understanding of its importance in the turning point of US History. It talks about how Louisiana purchase became the greatest land deal in history and the conflict between France and Spain that made it possible. It also gives the facts behind explorers and leaders that came to that area and events that happened around that time making this a great resource to have in your home library to brush up on American History.

A very good insight into the Louisiana Purchase. I didn't know all of the nuance that went into the actual purchase of the territory, and it was interesting to learn about all the behind-the-scenes actions that went on before, during, and after the Louisiana Purchase. The details regarding Lewis and Clark's expedition was informative and again provided details I hadn't been aware of before.
