Num mundo que aprimora rapidamente os produtos eletrônicos e outros aparelhos que diminuem a necessidade de trabalho, temos bem menos tempo de qualidade do que nossos bisavós. O envolvimento em múltiplas tarefas é exibido por muitos como se fosse um distintivo de honra. Mas os problemas de saúde que resultam desse ritmo alucinante continuam a afligir a sociedade.

Mark A. Finley (1945, Norwich, Connecticut) is a Seventh-day Adventist pastor. From 1991 to 2004 he was the host and director of the ministry "It Is Written" (internationally broadcast Seventh-day Adventist Christian television program founded in 1956).

Empezé a leer este libro buscando un poco de paz porque me encontraba en un momento en el que necesitaba recuperar un poco algo de fe, no solo no la encontré, sino que también me hizo sentir peor de lo que me sentía.
Realmente no lo recomiendo, en principio me contó leerlo, y eso que es corto y cuando le terminé me sentí engañada y culpable, además de que me dejó con muchas dudas y con bastante angustia, como será que hasta dudé en hacer esta reseña y ponerlo como una de mis lecturas.

This book edged me further in my understanding of the Truth.

It further transformed my understanding of the value of keeping the Sabbath, and all the other issues surrounding it and the alternative Sunday worship. It conviced me, beyond reasonable doubt, that the truth exist, and it is accessible if we're eager.

'When God Said Remember' by Pastor Mark Finley is the book for those who are open-minded, and keen to know more about our loving God, and how He has made efforts to shower us with His love.

The book is brief, and yet it unpacks in detail every issue, so clearly, with proven references. It's just the book to start with if you're going to understand and value a lot of Bible Truth.

Does a day matter? YES, when God says so!

Put aside your preconceived ideas and read this well written book as to why the Sabbath day matters. Much is herein to be learned. The day you worship MATTERS to GOD. It is HIS sign which we acknowledge that He is the One who sanctified us.

Este libro explica muy bien y a fondo el tema del Sábado (cuarto mandamiento), lo encontré muy completo y esperanzador. Esta muy bien escrito, ya que se explaya en las profecías y cita mucho la Biblia fundamentando cada argumento, lo que lo hace aún más valioso. Me gustó mucho, lo recomiendo 100%, para entender muchas cosas y cuestionamientos generales que pueden tener las personas, lo explica todo de manera muy coherente y acorde a los hechos e interpretaciones Bíblicas.
