Such a simple story that tells so much in so few words. I also love how it ends with a loop / the I opening line again- in a new context. It is so magical. And soothing. And the illustrations are just MMM they are SUPERB. looking at those trees is like EMDR therapy

Zo'n ontzettend lief verhaal om voor te lezen, met de prachtige tekeningen van die lieve Loek Koopmans. Dit boek lezen we elke dag wel een keertje, en hebben we maandenlang voor het slapen gaan gelezen.
