Tommy doesn’t do relationships.
Livvy doesn’t do one-night-stands.

By the time she finds out that he’s a rock star with serious commitment issues, it’s too late, she’s fallen for him. But, how can an average girl snare a sexy rock star? By pretending she not so average…

Tommy, drummer for the band Cold Fusion, is used to partying hard. Every night there’s a new woman in his bed, and that’s the way he likes it. From the moment they first meet, Livvy intrigues him; she’s so different from all the other girls. Despite his reluctance for ‘repeat sex’, he is drawn in by her crazy antics.

Livvy knows she has to step up her game to keep the hunky playboy interested. When she turns the tables on him, Tommy can’t seem to get enough. But can she keep up the crazy charade or will she find herself in way over her head?

I sure do love me some Crazy. This had me laughing out loud well into the night. My husband thought I was nuts but I can't believe how much I enjoyed this. I love the erotica and the way Olivia handled herself around Tommy. She's so brave and fun and funny. No wonder Tommy was all over that.

Most people run towards rock stars but not Livvy, heck no, she runs the opposite way. So when she meets Tommy and he's not quite what she has in her mind as the perfect guy she's not sure what to do. She can't stop thinking about him so she gives him a shot. That it, until she finds out he's a rock star and she immediately cuts and runs.

Watching her find her way back to Tommy and the antics she puts herself through are amazingly thought out and well played.

I can honestly, say that I've never had such a good laugh. Livvy has to be the best character ever. I don't want to spoil anything but her xylophone experience had me in actual tears I was laughing so hard. I enjoyed this so much and I'm off to see if Arabella Quinn has any more for me to read. I can't wait!

What a nice surprise. A freebie that was worth reading.

It's the third in a series, but reads just fine as stand alone.

Warning: He is not exclusive with her during the first part of their relationship, but she is aware and he is up front about it.

Very enjoyable read with some funny antics and hot romance.

Hmmmm. I'm considering a re-read to see if the humor holds up. I wish this was available in audio!

2013 - 3 Stars
I liked this book. It was recommended to me by a GR friend (thanks Emily) and when I read the reviews everyone was saying how hilarious it was. I had to read it.

Once I got started on the book I began to wonder if my sense of humor was just way different from everyone else's because I wasn't finding too much that was funny in the story. I liked Livvy and Tommy but nothing seemed to be setting it apart from any other rock band type romance book. Well, once the book hit around 60% I finally understood what everyone was talking about. I started off just chuckling at some of the conversations between Livvy and her roommate, then it turned to laughing at some of the situations Livvy was getting herself into and then there was one point when I started laughing so hard I was crying and it took me about 5 minutes before I could pull myself together enough to move on. Really fun stuff.

Overall this is a rock band romance. Tommy doesn't want to be exclusive but he likes Livvy and wants to keep seeing her. Livvy likes Tommy but knows she has to play it cool or he will just stop calling. This being a romance novel we know they will pull it together in the end and they do, but the road to getting there was really entertaining. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys contemporary romance and likes a good laugh.

This book was absolute perfection! Of all the books in the "Rock Me" series, this is by far my favorite so far. It had the perfect mix of steamy love scenes, funny banter and sweet moments between the main characters. The sex scenes were super hot but more often than not I found myself laughing out load at the crazy hilarious interactions between Tommy and Liv. They were such an unexpected much (from all we've learned about Tommy thus far in the previous books) but fit together so well. I absolutely loved Olivia and her quirky/crazy antics. The handcuff scene and the bdsm club scene literally had me laughing so hard my stomach hurt. Then the author would totally switch it up and provide a moment like Liv playing nurse which were so hot I needed a breather afterwards. This is definitely a must read. Honestly, you don't even have to read the previous books in the series to thoroughly enjoy this one. It was a quick read like the others but seemed to have more depth. Gonna start the 4th one now. We'll see how it goes. So far though, I have been extremely satisfied with these books. I just hope we get more books for all the boys in the band. I feel like in each case there is so much more to explore. Especially since when each of the books so far have ended the boys have just embarked on serious relationships with the women they love. It just seems like threre is so much more story to tell for each of the 4 male leads.

Rock Me: Crazy by Arabella Quinn
4.5 Stars

Tommy and Olivia meet one night in a club. She just got ditched by one of her friends and is not in a good mood, drowning away her sorrows when Tommy swoops in and catches her eye and little does she know but soon her heart! Only Tommy doesn’t tell her one small bit of info… he is part of a famous band. This book has it all folks!! Drama, love, sex, lust, humor and it is all balanced out perfectly. He is a rock star who doesn’t want a relationship and Livvy is just “crazy” enough to make him realize he may be having a change of heart. My one complaint about this book is: too short!!! Way, way too short!!! I wanted it to just keep going on!!! It seemed like just when it started getting good, it was ending!! Some of the predicaments they get themselves into were hysterical and I wish the author had continued their crazy story!! It’s a short, fun book that left me with a smile on my face. I got to the last page and wanted to cry. I am hoping there is more to their story in the future because it seemed like it just started for them and would love to read more.

Sensuality: rated R

I don't usually like rock star stories. Most are so scuzzy and sleazy but every once in a while, I'll read one. I liked Lick a lot and The Mighty Storm was just okay.

This was the third in a series about a successful rock band and not as good as Lick.
The grammar was borderline, first of all. If I was in a less lenient mood, I probably would have DNF so beware.
But what stood out was the h. She refused to abase herself for the hero and played the playa.
The book also got progressively funnier as i read it so that was also a pleasant surprise. I read the second bk in the series - Naughty - after this and it had none of the humor.

My thanks to Mel for bringing this bk to my attention.

Tommy...Tommy...Tommy...you sure met your match in Olivia (aka...Crazy, Livvy, Liver...etc) hahahaha

This book was just what I expected...fun and sexy. I didn't understand Tommy's reluctance for a commitment but I have to say I totally admired Livvy's understanding and patience. I did love her names for Tyler too!! ;) Early on, you could tell Tommy was totally taken with her but just didn't realize it fully until later but I didn't like the fact that he was more than likely sleeping with other girls while "hanging out" with Livvy. :( But since she went with it...so did I. This is definitely another great read in this series, but like the others, it is way to short and unfinished. I sure hope Ms. Quinn gives more books on these couples and the entire band as a whole.

Thank you Ms. Quinn for a great addition to the Cold Fusion series!! ;)

I didn't expect much and pick this up for hoping for a quick read.

Boy!!! I like the start and it almost make me put it down from the playing hard to get part but boy... Am I thankful I'm not a quitter because thus book just exceeded my expectation the moment Livy planning on her nursing skill. I can't stop laughing and the sanctuary moments.

Its the first book I read of this author and to me it's almost like Sophie Kinsella writing erotica. I just had to laugh.
A crazy short read that make me laughing like crazy.

I loved this book!!! It had the perfect combination of sex & humor. One minute I would be needing a cold shower & fanning myself - (it was fucking hot!!!), and the next I would be giggling & wondering what else could go wrong for Livvy.

Tommy is a sexy ass drummer in a hot band, and he doesn't do girlfriends. Or repeat hook ups. Livvy - aka Crazy, is just a girl who doesn't care for rock stars and is more vanilla than vanilla essence. With a friends with benefits arrangement it's up to Livvy to keep Tommy on his toes so she can prove to him that there's more to their relationship than just sex.

Omg. I don't think there's ever been an erotic book that has made me laugh so hard til I almost lost bladder control while desperately wanting an orgasm of my own. Rock Me: Crazy did just that. You will have to read it to work out what I mean. Keywords to look out for: "Sheath your arrow in my quiver?", trench coat and icecubes, the naughty nurse with handcuffs, the spank me scene, and of course dominatrix Livvy with her exercise class and Xylophone. I wanted to use quotes, but that would give away the goodness, so you will have to check this one out for yourself!

This book was the most fun and funny hot reads I have ever had the pleasure of reading. I recommend it to everyone that loves hot sex scenes & laughing your ass off. Loved it! Quinn has a new fan in me...

I'm giving this a 5 star rating, because, it was what I expected. It was a hot little 140 page erotica book.
I am so glad I read it. What a sizzler it is.
Livvy and Tommy, wow. They both do not think they should be together. He doesn't want a relationship. He prefers one time, and move on. He is in a band, he is the drummer of Cold Fusion. He can have any woman he wants, easily. Olivia, Livvy, has been picky. She has the idea of what kind of man she wants, and they have to make it through her "screening process." They meet at a club, where Livvy's friend has deserted her to be a groupie with Tyler, the lead singer of Cold Fusion. Livvy does not know it, but the hot guy she has just met, is the drummer. He does not disclose that information. They both have instant draw to each other. Livvy ends up having to rescue her friend, Cora, from the restroom. Luckily, Tommy had put his phone number in Livvy's phone before the were separated. So, the text messages start. They finally get together. It is a fun, fast flowing story. There is humor. There is sex. Loved the HEA.
I enjoyed this book, and will read more from this author.

Wow, I love this short book! I truly hope there is another with Tommy and Livvy. They were such a awesome duo and I enjoyed reading about them so much. This book was hilarious! When they were at the sex club and she was putting on a act, hilarious! When he was handcuffed to her be and the key broke, oh man. This book was sweet, funny, kinky. It was truly a wonderful, short read. I may just have to read the other band mates. Dunno about Tyler though, he seems like a dick! I do truly want more Tommy and Livvy though. Great book and I would highly recommend it!
Only thing that bothered me, it was too short!!! Need more, have soo many questions.
Some quotes I loved:
" I'm kind of partial to Liver, but I'll stick with Livvy if you prefer it."

"Let's ditch your chaperone and do something he wouldn't approve of."

"Sounds good. Next time you wear the purple dress though."

"You win. I can't hold back any longer. You absolutely win Livvy. I hope you like your prize."

This was an Amazon freebie for me and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. A lot of books including rock stars, paint the rock star as some pretentious, drug-addled, rocker that is looking for salvation in the form of a pious, innocent, naive woman. Luckily, Crazy did not take this path.

Tommy is the drummer for the band Cold Fusion and while out at a club, meets Olivia. Tommy is intrigued that Olivia doesn't recognize him as a celebrity and treats him like a regular person. They develop a friends with benefit type of relationship though neither of them is content with the arrangement. Olivia begins becoming more adventurous in hopes that Tommy won't get bored with her and may even want a full fledged exclusive relationship with her. The plot included white-hot sex scenes, quirky mentions of Gidget and surfboarding, and a well-paced romance. I liked the book and will go back and read the other books in the series. Chomping at the bit to read Tyler's story.

I absolutely adored this book. Arabella Quinn is my go-to author for sexy stories with a touch of the forbidden, but this installment of the excellent Rock Me series also brings the funny and sweet, big time. When I say funny, I mean HIGH-larious. Tommy and Livvy and their adventures are hysterical and incredibly romantic. My husband leaned over last night and asked - "is that book that funny?" "YES!" I responded. It is also touching and well paced. You don't have to read the rest of the series, but I highly recommend it because each book is well written and enjoyable. I also like how Ms. Quinn plays with perspective and the timeline. Each story in the series weaves around and overlaps with the others in a very organic way that keeps you on your toes. I hope the series never ends!

I loved this book, I actually downloaded it for free on Amazon and spent an entire evening reading it in one sitting. The characters of Tommy and Livvy (crazy) are a great combination and towards the end there are some really funny scenes that had me laughing out loud. I loved the writing style and thought the story was well paced and I loved the HEA, although I would have liked an epilogue but there are other books in the series so maybe their story in mentioned in those so until I read those I won't know. Well worth the read especially as it was free but I would have paid for it.

Cute

I like the story and the characters were interesting. Still too much sex and not enough story plus you overlap the stories on the other band members so you don't know what has happened with Nick and there is still sentence mistakes. I really don't like the drop off at the ending.

Fun Series

Enjoyed Livvy and Tommy's story. Interesting how they went from being friends with benefits, to being boyfriend/girlfriend at the end of book. Would have rated book higher, but lots of grammarical errors throughout the story that should have been found before publishing book.

So Good

This one was funnier which I loved but during the story in passing talking about the other guys having problems I want to know what’s going on with the other guys and their woman. That’s how good this series is you just want more and more.

A "Cute" Rock And Roll Tale

This was a cute rock and roll tale that I enjoyed reading. I do not think that I have ever read such a light-hearted story in this genre ... and I read almost exclusively all rockstar novels. Great characters and good for a few laughs.

I read the books out of order and when I finished How to Seduce a Rockstar I was most excited to go back and read Tommy and Livvy's story. I enjoyed the story up until the end when it just ended at 73% and I don't feel like there was an ending.

So many laughs!

This was a great story! Livvy is hilarious and Tommy too! Her sexual attempts at keeping him from being "bored" were "Crazy". I first met this couple in the Rockstar series and it was fun to read about how they started out together

So funny

I laughed so hard reading this story. I hated to see the end. Livy is a hoot. I'm wondering how this band will get it figured out where to stay. I think Lena needs to move. Well on to the next and final one and see how Tyler is taken down.

“I became a big fan of Cold Fusion, because let’s face it, I had kissed Tommy Eriksen and had called Tyler Matthews a dickwad to his face. That was my closest brush with fame ever. And their music was very catchy.”

A night out at a club with her more adventurous friend lands Olivia (otherwise known as Livvy or “Crazy”) in the unknowing presence of Cold Fusion drummer Tommy Eriksen.

Tommy finds himself amused, going along with the charade that he’s just an average, even unemployed, guy. In fact, he might even like Livvy a little more for not being star struck. But Tommy can only play the average guy for so long and when the truth comes out Livvy must decide if she can handle Tommy’s extraordinary lifestyle.

Tommy and Livy are cute, funny, and steamy together. Tommy is easy going and laid back. Livy is sweet, patient, and enthusiastic. She's also quirky and down-to-earth all at the same time. When she finds herself falling for him, she approaches their friends with benefits relationship with a mix of “hard to get” and “adventurous sex partner.” The result is a mix of sexy and humorous. Livy is definitely Tommy’s match as she keeps him on his toes and often turns the tables on him.

There’s plenty of laugh out loud parts. The scene w/the handcuffs is hot and amusing, and boy was Tommy a good sport. He also has some persuasive ways of getting her to say the “F” word. If you want a fun and steamy, light-hearted afternoon read, this one is for you.

As with the other books in the series, the point of view switches from Livvy in the first person to third person for Tommy so there’s a touch of distance to his perspective. I would have preferred standard alternating first person, but it’s still an enjoyable, sexy story.

This is book #3 in the series, occurring time wise in the middle of Rock Me Naughty but before Rock Me Sexy. But it’s a stand alone book as the other band members play minor roles and their stories are not really woven into this one.

Find out how far Livvy’s willing to take the kink to keep Tommy interested…Or will he want something more?

The story is centred on the idea that to have a relationship, you need to change everything – Livvy spends the whole book actively trying to change who she is so she can change who Tommy is. I really don’t like that premise.

Livvy, the main character, was pretty annoying. From the way she insists how she “perpetually hates happy people” to her slut-shaming ("I had long grown out of the stage where one-night stands, no matter how hot the guy, interested me. And watching Cora play the slut all too often, made me guard my self-respect with renewed determination") to the way she thinks pretending to be someone she’s not is the way to a guy’s heart, I couldn’t relate to her at all.

I liked Tommy in the beginning. He was pretty laid-back, and while he started out withholding information as well, he didn’t outright lie about being in the band and when push came to shove, he told her about it. But then, there is this moment in which Livvy finds out he’s part of the band, and she gets mad he didn’t tell her before. She immediately leaves and texts him the next day to apologize. He leaves a message the next day saying he’s left for Padre Island. So far, so good. Then, a couple of weeks later, he texts her this: "Come to the Mavs with me tonight and I’ll forgive you." Forgive her for what, exactly? For being upset that you lied to her? For feeling betrayed?
Also, when the story goes on and he obviously realizes that Livvy is faking everything, he’s toying with her in a way that’s adoring at first and just plain mean later on.

As far as the so-called erotic part of the story goes, there wasn’t much to it. I really disliked how she made every single cliché mistake you can think of. Her insistence that she should appear all knowledgeable about BDSM to get him to like her was at no point funny and at every turn annoying. Reading about her so-called research had me cringing nearly as much as her awkwardness while trying out what she had read.

The way the sex was written didn’t really help either. Sentences like "My breasts were bouncing against his chest erotically as we rocked together" do not exactly curl my toes.
