Very dark territory here. Superman and Lois are expecting their first child. Everything seems to be in place for them to start building a life together. But the Joker is about to change everything. This really hit me - years of reading comics does connect you with the characters. This is going to be a hard read for me - but the series looks amazing.

GREAT START...LOOKING FORWARD TO MORE

Great start to the INJUSTICE SERIES. Looking forward to more. A couple of somewhat shocking surprises right off the bat. This is great. You are really on the edge waiting to read the second comic. If you are looking for something exactly like the video game, you aren't going to find it here. Something that kind of explains the time and situation in which it is set? I am sure we will get to know more and more as the series carries on. Also, classic smartass Batman. Love it! :)

Now this is THE Superman that we have been waiting for. The Joker is one sick bastard—we expect him to be that, yes? He focuses on the Man of Steel this time because he got bored of losing against his true nemesis, the Batman. The plot is simple but grips your heart at the very end. No spoilers here! Read it. :)

Wonderful beginning... Awesome. This series was a companion to the game of the same name and pits heroes in DC universe against each other.

I have always loved comics, and I hope that I will always love them. Even though I grew up reading local Indian comics like Raj Comics or Diamond Comics or even Manoj Comics, now's the time to catch up on the international and classic comics and Graphic novels. I am on my quest to read as many comics as I can. I Love comics to bit, may comics never leave my side. I loved reading this and love reading more, you should also read what you love and then just Keep on Reading.

Maybe it is just my hate for superman, but boring. Okay Lois is pregnant. Why does that have to waist 75% of the comic. The only part i like was Superman asking batman to be the godfather, he'd be a better dad than superman, and the ending when the joker and Harley Quinn showed up, but of course it ends with a cliff hanger.

I am just glad this was a free download. I watch my boyfriend play the game. I don't need to read the comics.

Pretty dang good. Don't agree with killing off Jon Stewart, though. He's the best Green Lantern.

HOLY MOTHER OF GOD.

By this time, I've already read at least 7 chapters of this comic because you know how short a comic can be. They leave you hanging. Good thing that I've downloaded the rest of year one so I could read it continuously. But oh my fucking god, I was not expecting any of that to happen. I usually read Marvel comics because they appeal a lot more to me. But ever since I've started playing the game, I've become more intrigued and interested on how this universe will play out. This is definitely not a comic for kids. It will leave you heartbroken, in utter shock and defenseless. But I would highly recommend this to anyone who does not have a faint of heart and are willing for their mind to be completely blown away.

I expected this to have atleast something to do with among us. There was no crewmates at all. I read the entire book there was no sus, no kills, no meetins, and no sabatoges. I love sexy sex crewmates having hot sex. There were no thick crewmates and i read the whole book for no reason. please change the name its very misleading .

Ah, a good Joker does something really nasty - even by his standards - story (and more as it goes along). Joker's by far the best 'bad guy' in comics, and in this edition he lives up to his reputation (don't underestimate him).

All-in-all, a pretty good beginning to a pretty good series!

Al fin pude entender este universo DC. De verdad es crudo saber qué pasaría cuando el ser más poderoso de la Tierra, a la vez, es el más frágil de todos.

Injustice Gods Among Us
Injustice Gods Among Us was a comic series that was written to introduce a video game but the writers just wanted to make it incredible regardless. The plot follows the story of Super Man killing Lois Lane accidentally and then having Metropolis nuked so he kills Joker and becomes a dictator to the world. The book takes place over five years with each one more or less having a year, 1: resistance, year 2: retribution, year 3: magic, year 4: gods, year 5: hope. In the first year it deals with the immediate fallout of the incident and the start to the regime. Super Man declares the end to all war and has to personally put a stop to one to prove his point. Out of everyone in the justice league only a few are om board with murder and dictatorial leadership, of those some include Batman, Green Arrow, martian manhunter, and captain atom. After super man announces his rule he rounds up all the supervillains and puts them in an underwater supermax prison and his parents get kidnapped. Batman also gets access to a pill that makes you as strong as superman and replicates it. In year 2 the green lanterns notice this dictatorship and try to stop it but get absolutely destroyed, superman also goes to the batcave tpo recover the pills and breaks batman’s back. In retaliation Alfred takes a super pill and BODIES superman, headbutting him breaking his nose and beats him to a bloody pulp. In year 3 the magical superheroes get involved mainly Constantine, who tricks everyone and gets his daughter to safety by manipulating cosmic devils. Year 4 the gods of olympus have had enough and decide superman has gone on long enough and have a trial by combat against superman and choose wonder woman to fight for the gods. The gods lose barely and the resistance is left more hopeless than ever. In year 5 everything is coming to a close as batman gets access to a portal to another universe and gets the justice league from another universe to fight with them and the comic ends to be continued in the game. In the book I loved the characterizations of the characters despite how deviated they were compared to the main continuity. Batman shows determination and an unshakable morality that goes against his best friend no matter how much it hurt him to do so. I would recommend this book to anyone that likes dc or just comics in general, it is fantastic.

“ You don't get to hurt my family anymore” Vaya alfred , ese seguro fue mi momento favorito de Injustice .

This is an incredible story and it's just beginning! Superman's decent into madness is just beginning and it will break the heroes of the DC universe. Superman struggling with the death of Lois Lane and their unborn child spirals into darkness and Batman and his allies are the only ones who can stop Superman and save the world and not everyone will survive this incredible clash of heroes.
So many deaths and some classic fight scenes, my favorite involved a super-powered Harley Quinn teaming up with Green Arrow and Black Canary to take out Lobo.
Based on the contents of this first collection I'm really looking forward to reading the next volume.

What would happen in a world where Superman and the Justice League snapped and became evil? This question is answered in “Injustice: Gods Among Us.” Based off of the popular video games we see Superman and the Justice League establish a dictatorship. However unlike the video games we see how they actually snap and how Superman and the Justice League become dictators. I personally think this is one of the best comic book series there is. It sparks such a unique idea and I would definatly recommend to my friends to read.

An incel slop fest made by a really idiotic bald man. Ruined the trinity’s perception for new readers. This comic is only remembered because of the games; nothing in this story is elevated or memorable. Please take the pen away from the Toms at DC. They both are laughibly bad writers. Perez is rolling in his grave for these mediocre white men that now own monopoly at DC.

Too short

I hate to give a single star. The drawing and writing are exceptional, but it’s only about three minutes of reading. That sounds like an exaggeration, but it’s not. The entire issue required only a few minutes to read.
