For example the poem "A thousand deaths" describes the agony of a mother who agreed to donate the organs of her only child who is brain dead after an accident. The poem "The kindest piece of paper" narrates the expression of gratitude of a person to a lady who once helped him when he was poor and hungry. Like these all other poems are sure to touch your mind as you read them.

Roopa Menon was born in Mumbai in India on 11th May, 1985. She is a Physiotherapist by profession.
