I prefer a step to step book. I mean directly guide me through gathering a team and and give responsibility to each team and then help how to choose member and what kind of specialist is useful for the type of team. BUT it is not about this matter.

I read this book for a Management presentation.
I rocked the presentation so much that The audience was hung over for 2 days. Anyone who wants insight on how a team should be managed effectively, this book is just it.
