Not what I anticipated. Since it is a dutch oven cookbook, I hoped to find recipes I could use while camping or packing into the mountains. Instead, it is more geared towards a dutch oven cooking style in your backyard with equipment built in much like a grilling hobby. the organization is poor as well. Not as good as I hoped it would be. Some recipes could be transferred to grilling and some might even be useful in the kitchen. Nothing exciting. I don't need a cookbook to tell me to put pepper, bacon, and cheese in my eggs to make them tasty.
