The Great Cholesterol Myth Cookbook, written by Jonny Bowden, Stephen Sinatra, and Deirdre Rawlings, is a companion to the bestseller, The Great Cholesterol Myth, a book that exposes the lie that cholesterol is the cause of heart disease. The book also debunks the myth that saturated fat is bad for you, while revealing to its readers that the root cause of inflammation is sugar, grains, and processed foods. The cookbook touches a little on all these subjects, but its primary focus is on the foods and supplements that protect the heart, boost immunity, and enhance energy levels. Looking over the recipes, there are many that I look forward to trying. I love the how the titles of each recipe explain its main purpose for consumption (ex: Regenerating Herb Scrambled Eggs; Brain-Boosting Salmon Eggs Benedict; Stress-Less Turkey, Avocado, and Veggie Nori Wrap). I was very interested in the Low Carb Herbed Cheddar Crackers, so I decided to try that out first. The crackers reminded me of Cheeze-Its or Cheese Nips, except it had a spicy aftertaste from the cayenne. It was delicious!

Overall, I really like the cookbook and I am excited to try the other recipes. The Great Cholesterol Myth Cookbook is the perfect starter book for someone who is interested in changing their dietary habits for the better and I highly recommend it.

I began the Heart Disease Herbal Treatment from NaturePath Herbal Clinic, and the results have been nothing short of incredible for my condition. After using the treatment for nearly four months, I experienced a significant improvement in my heart health.
Symptoms such as chest discomfort, shortness of breath, and fatigue gradually diminished. I now feel more energetic, and my overall well-being has greatly improved.
I highly recommend reaching out to NaturePath Herbal Clinic through their website: www.naturepathherbalclinic.com. Their natural approach truly made a difference for me.

Really liked the first half to read a condensed version of the ‘the great cholesterol myth’. The cookbook part
Was not helpful for me as I follow a keto diet and recipes were too high in carbs for this lifestyle

I'm trying to learn more about cholesterol, and there was some good info in this book. Some things I've heard before, and some things are worth more research. I think I'll have to buy this book though, there are a lot of recipes I'd like to try.
