Nicely edited book on a variety of topics around the issues of sexuality and pastoral integrity. After reading the entirety of the book, it was easy to identify key themes in the area:

Pastors hold power in relationships. Whether you think it is true or not, it is. Everything must be filtered through this lens.

Self-awareness is absolutely critical.

Pastors must have a trusted friend with whom they can and actually do have honest conversations with about their relationships.

And finally: boundaries, boundaries, boundaries.
