Michael is considered the greatest angel in the Christian, Judaic, and Islamic traditions. Throughout the ages, he has appeared as a protector, a messenger, a guide, a warrior, and a healer. In Michael , Richard Webster presents a thorough history of this famous archangel and offers simple techniques for contacting him. Readers are treated to a detailed introduction to Michael and his many appearances. The rest of this practical guide provides a variety of methods for connecting with Michael, petitioning his help, and creating a lasting bond. Through easy-to-perform rituals and meditations-some involving candle magic, crystals, and dreamwork-readers will learn how to get in touch with the Prince of Light for courage, protection, strength, and spiritual guidance.
I like the beginning of the book, so many interesting stories of Archangel Michael.
I did not like how to get in touch with him. Kinda references his other books Archangel Raphael and Archangel Uriel in a different way. Indicating about the charkas and crystals. I just wonder if we have to do the rituals just to communicate the angels or just talk to them. Though, I have the answer. This is only my point of view.
If you are very familiar with the concept of communicating with the angels (ie. have taken classes or otherwise developed a communicative relationship), this book might be a review of what you do, but there are a few good suggestions that I would never have thought of on my own. There was a feeling of validation for me as I read through this book and found tips being described that I have naturally done to talk with the Archangel Michael. If you aren't familiar with the angels in your life, this book will either overwhelm you or inspire you to start communicating today. It was helpful to me to read the descriptions of the roles of Michael and other Archangels in our lives, when to call on them, and the specific ways that this can be done. This is one of those books you might read through the first time, noting what you want to try and then read certain sections again when you want to utilize a specific technique.
