Friday in Las Vegas is the first book in this hilarious mystery series. Isabel "Izzy" Morgan (Friday) is a police academy washout and daughter of a homicide detective with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. She and her friend Kenny end up going into business running a crime scene cleaning business. Which was an interesting and entertaining premise for the novel. They get in a murder case that Izzy's dad is working at the moment and inserts herself into the investigation. It was a fun read and liked the heroine. The mystery was easy to get into.

Who killed Mr. Tanka and why??? Drug dealing and theft??? I enjoyed Vegas and this story and recommended the book.
