This was such a fun and steamy read, its a fast paced pirate reversed harem romance and the moment I started it I couldn’t put it down!

I love the FMC her strength anf her bravery and who doesn’t love 3 handsom pirates 🤭

I gave this about 35 pages and couldn’t push through anymore. I really wanted to like it but it was far too simplistic and cheesy I just couldn’t get into it. I’ve already dnfed another of her books and finished one but wasn’t that keen so dont think her writing is for me

Pirate Queen is our final gift from Elizabeth Briggs. Her story has touched me as I’ve had family members who’ve battled colon cancer.

It’s impossible to rate this book any less than 5 stars. Written in 2018 and then published for us to enjoy in 2025, I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to read this story.

The FMC was strong willed and a fighter, she wasn’t going to settle for abuse and stood up for herself. While parts of the plot were predictable I was pleasantly surprised by other parts of the storyline. The MMCs were all so sweet and I LOVED that they brought up the FMC and helped her with her wishes/desires.

This story brought me back to my histrom pirate days, which I very much enjoyed. I also loved that this was a why choose (of course!). Really, I have no notes (and no complaints) for this story, but I also didn’t go into reading this with a critical eye.

If you do read this book please read it for pleasure, and take it for what it is- an easy and enjoyable romance, and our parting gift from a wonderful writer 💖
