In the numbing shadows of snow-capped Mount Hood lies Portland, Oregon, aka RIP CITY, a beloved yet embattled town that Sam and Allie call home. Living on the streets and taken hostage by the Opioid Crisis, this young couple has been caught in the eye of the storm for so long they no longer see a way out. Day after day, they are at each other's throats while trudging through a hazy purgatory in hopes of putting their worst days behind them. These are their stomping grounds. This is their story.
