Jason always dreamed of being a hero, just like his character in his favorite online video game, "World of Legends," but a whopping 162 pounds soaking wet, Jason had never been the kind of guy to run into a scary situation. This is the single episode story of how that all changes for him when he saves his crush from a male aggressor while working his shift at Uncle Luigi's Pizza Cafe.

About the author

N.J. Franco

8 books
Nathan John Franco has spent over thirteen years in the United States Army as a Combat Photographer and Videographer. It was his participation in, and witnessing of, realistic combat training in the military, as well as other aspect of the military lifestyle that allowed him to get the idea for his first published book: The Immortal War.

N.J. Franco was born in Derry New Hampshire in 1985 and has vague and sporadic memories from his childhood of having an interest in writing. However, it wasn’t until he was an adult that his interest in writing grew, and he even made three serious attempts to write a book with the intention on publishing them, but they all ultimately failed. Fortunately, he never gave up on his dream to be a published author and it was his fourth attempt that he was able to see it through to the end.

N.J. Franco is a big fan of Fantasy books and draws a lot of his writing inspiration from his favorite author R.A. Salvatore, as well as his experience from years of playing Dungeons and Dragons.

N.J. Franco also has a wife named Andrea, who is his biggest supporter and motivator. He also has a daughter named Gwendolyn and a son named Joshua.

Two pieces of advice N.J. Franco has for any aspiring authors who wish to see their works completed: Don’t ever give up, and Outlining is key.
