An author bio, huh? Well, here goes:

If you see the back of one of my paperbacks or e-books, you'll find this: "A collector of vintage Barbies and younger boyfriends, Anne Glynn currently resides in the American Southwest."

The truth is a little more complicated than that. I have, on occasion, collected the younger boyfriend, but not so much these days. I am a collector of vintage Barbies if, by “vintage”, someone means “old” and “beat-up.” I have an affinity for old and beat-up Barbies. There are those days when I feel old and beat-up, myself.

I'm Anne and my S.W.P. (Significant Writing Partner) is Glynn. Together, we write as 'Anne Glynn' when we’re creating romances. When we write Young Adult mysteries and horror stories, we write as ‘Renée Harrell’. We thought having different pen names for different genres was probably a good idea. These days, I’m less certain about it.

During a time when no one reads blog posts, I’m trying to write one every week. You’ll find it at https://www.anneglynn.com/. I’ll be doing this for an entire year and, honestly, I wish I were more interesting. It would be easier to write the things!

Because I’m late to every party, I’ve just established an “author” page on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?... – and no one in the world knows I’m there. Well, if you’ve read this far, you do, I suppose. I have no FB followers, no FB friends; even Glynn doesn’t visit. Stop by and the two of us will have the space all to ourselves.

Oh, and one other thing: I’m using one of my blonde photos as my author pic because I didn’t look terrible that day. I’m usually a brunette and sometimes a redhead. If Barbie can change her hair color, I don’t see why I can’t, too!
