About the author

Rachel has grown up and lived most of her life in the rural area of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. This rugged landscape raises hardworking independent people and Rachel is no different. Married to a millwright, Rachel has taught Humanities and freelance writes while running their hobby homestead. Four children and their extra curricular activities spread across four schools (middle school to college) keep the family busy.

The romance aspects of this book have a ‘why choose’ vibe. The steamy scenes are sprinkled appropriately throughout the storyline, providing more of a story than just smut.

The fantasy elements are well developed and keep the reader intrigued. I found this books to be a page turner, though I’m sure I mispronounce the characters’ names.
Rachel Roy does a great job of tying things together. Despite this, I believe we should be waiting on a Part Two…?!?

I can barely get through the beginning as I can’t even tell why they had the beginning part at the school. Then , all of a sudden , she is leading a world and they are having issues with missing children. The conversation between characters is stilted and the flow of the story line is off. They aren’t explaining who all the different characters are and why they are included in the storyline. I won’t be finishing this book and that is rare for me.

This one had me confused. I had to go back and reread things. Things happened with no explanation on how they got there. It had good lead up moments to things but then just stopped. It has potential but as it is is scattered everywhere and fees rushed.

I had a really hard time pushing myself through this book. It wasn’t for lack of story line or anything. It just felt so rushed. I also would have liked a pronunciation guide for the characters.
I feel like the story and events could be expanded farther to make the book longer with more detail to pull the reader in.

A very intriguing consept!

Why Choose Vibes ✨

I enjoyed this book! The world building was great. Fast paced and kept me interested 🤍 I love a strong FMC and Arichel is. She exists in two worlds. I haven’t read a book like this before and it was just beautiful.

I like the idea of the two worlds. I would read more I read this in one sitting 🤍⭐️ Definitely recommend for all fantasy romance lovers!

This is a beautifully written story of fantasy meets romance.

The opening chapter painted a picture so many of us can relate to and then introduces the world of fantasy.

The mfc is a beautifully strong, powerful and intelligent character who is relatable.

The premise is Arichel exists in 2 worlds simultaneously one in which she is queen and must maintain order. The border to the two worlds is weakening and could result in a disastrous outcome for both.

Arichel must learn to depend on others as they come together to save both worlds but ultimately she may have a personal choice to make. I definitely had to stop and reread a few parts but overall the story is engaging and well paced.

May just have not been my cup of tea but i felt like this book didn’t different points in the story line well which left me confused in spots and honestly felt like the spicy parts were over explained in too much details that made it awkward. I think though that the basis of the book was good though with its idea of worlds connected and held together by a ruling power of one world and all that but i was left a bit disappointed overall.

This book is written from a different perspective than I am used to and I think because of that I found myself confused alot and having to go back and reread things. The concept of parallel worlds is explained fairly well and the author does a great job in exploring what that could look like. There’s a perfect amount of romance and action in the book.

I like the idea but there’s too much going on with too little detail to be invested in the story or characters. There are a few spicy scenes, including a MFM scene, but it was lacking in overall chemistry.
