Brittany lives in Southern California with her husband, two children and three dogs. She likes to think of her life as a rom-com, set in a comedy club, with occasional musical numbers that don’t quite get the rave reviews she hopes for. However, the critics are three and four-years-old, so she lets it slide. But her life is full of love, fun and laughs as each moment is inspiration that fuels her imagination to keep telling stories.

This is a story of Sam and life after loosing her fiancé and navigating it all a year later! Sam needs a change of scenery and little does she know when she isn’t looking something wonderful/someone unexpected finds her!

This is a story of second chances at life. Learning to live after loss. Working through grief and finding joy again! This is a romance story that tugs on the hearts strings and can teach you anything is possible.

I think everyone who goes through what same goes through deserves a Chris!

This was a beautiful story about Sam who is learning to live after a loss. She decides to move across the country to a place where she isn’t reminded of him. She ends up meeting Chris who is younger than her and the intense feeling they have for each other will have your heart beating fast. The way Brittany wrote this is so beautiful you won’t want to put it down. I def recommend this! It’s a second chance, age gap beautiful intense love story.

This one hit a little close to home since years ago my daughter’s Dad passed in a motorcycle accident but it allowed me to connect to Sam better. This book had me laughing and it also had me crying. Starting over is scary and I think Brittany captured it beautifully.

I have already recommended this book to my book besties!!
