Conquer Hard Times

Rate this book
"We cannot always avoid some tough times. However, you will be surprised how many of them you can avoid." From birth to death, the human soul goes through a metamorphosis process. A caterpillar becomes a butterfly to fly and ensure its species' progression despite its short lifespan. Similarly, we need to acknowledge the difficulties we face in life to find comfort on this Earth till the Lord calls for our souls. How do we achieve such a state? Firstly, we need to acknowledge and confront subjects we find difficult. Such matters tend to create dragons and monsters due to our fears and anxieties. To slay such a beast, one needs to look the monster in the eye and confront it. Once the beast is acknowledged, we need to conquer it. How does one slay a beast? Find its weakness. Quite simply, when faced with any difficulty, one needs to find solutions according to their problem. Never be afraid of failing because one can find the stepping stone towards success after failure. Thirdly, vigilance. One needs to avoid demanding situations and adapt to whatever the world throws your way. After resisting blows, one will automatically don armor, thus creating habits that protect oneself from harm and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Matt was born and raised in the state of Ohio with his family. Here, he attended Field High School and graduated in 2009. He currently attends the Chicago State University, studying for a degree in Chemistry. The final plan is to take the degree and go to graduate school for pharmacy.

The series came to him as a dream when he was only ten. Each book played out in a 'dream series' where the dream the following night would be a new book, building right off the night before. When all of the dreams were recorded down, the series had been born. It took him a total of eight years to finish work and become published in the summer of 2009, but it was a well-satisfied accomplishment.
