Sarah Trala was born in 1991 and raised in Michigan.
Small Town Murders, Trala's debut thriller novel, published in 2022. Following that, Trala has released multiple horror/thriller short stories. Devil's Night and Carnival Prey were included in two anthologies from The Sisterhood of the Black Pen with Twisted Tales of Halloween Horror winning Best Indie Horror Book of the Year in 2023.
Trala is also a plumber (servicing the South Lyon, MI area), crafter, wife, and cat mom. In 2011, she graduated from Specs Howard with a video/film degree and earned herself the Rossano Award. She's worked on movie sets, including Brad Leo Lyon's Monsters on Main Street, and won an honorable mention for her short film Untold Love in the Three Minutes in Lyon Film Festival.
