Alpha done is a short novella and maybe two spicy scenes in it, I got the opportunity to read this as an arc and I loved it's, paranormal story I wasn't a werewolf/ shifter reader until I came across this one I enjoy eac page to want to read further cc is an amazing writing and look forward to reading more like this hopefully! Mia never fit in until she was traded by her father to the alpha Dane made her feel special and wanted. The rival between Dane and dash was intense. Can't wait to read more !!

This is a short read, less than 20 chapters. It had fated mates, found family, enemies to lovers, and werewolves. It has about 2 spicy scenes. I would not say Dane is OTT possessive, but he is an alpha so he is possessive and protective. This was a novella I believe, which means it is not intended to be long. I think I would have liked a longer book about these characters. I'd like to get to know more back stories and more about the pack. I liked Kendra, she was a cool side character. I enjoyed the descriptions of certain places and outfits. The book has a HEA. It did not have anything triggering for me. There was some violence, but nothing to awful. If you like books about werewolves and fated mates and are looking for a short evening read, this would be a good book to give a go!

Dane & Mia

This is a short story by the amazing C.C Lopez it’s a paranormal shifter novella. With a protective, sweet Alpha Dane who will literally do anything to protect his fated mate. Mia is the daughter of a former kingpin who ends up getting kidnapped/traded to the werewolves which she finds out she’s the alpha’s mate. I wish the story was longer I love the way C.C Lopez describes everything.

The FMC was a bit immature to me in the beginning, but what can you expect from a 17 year old. Dash can kiss my ass, and everyone needs a loyal friend like Kendra.

This was a very quick, but a very easy and enjoyable read. Even after reading many 'shorter' stories recently - I still struggle with how to rate and review them.
Alpha Dane is fast paced but doesn't feel rushed and is very well written. Despite being on the shorter side, there is still adequate character and plot development. There are a couple of spicy scenes, which for the length of the book fits well.
Reading werewolf romance was how I first began my journey into spicy romances years ago, and although I tend to gravitate towards the darker, purely filthy ones now, it is always nice to go back once in a while...and I was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend the read! Another great book from this author.

Alpha Dane.

To be honest the werewolve/shifter genre isn't my first pick when it comes to books. But because i know how CC writes i just had to read it. And man i am sow glad i did!!! Because it is absolutely worth reading.

It has tension, fights, romance, rivalry and it is sexy. It has a great storyline and CC absolutly nailed it. It's a short book and it is ideal for when you just want to sit down and enjoy a good book that you can read in one go.

If you are a big fan or even a little bit of a fan of shifter books this is one you should read.

Alpha Dane is a paranormal/ shifter romance novella. MMC Dane is a hottie Alpha , who of course is a little possessive so that in itself is yummy. Our FMC, Mia is essentially traded to the wolves by her father. It doesn’t take Dane long to realized Mia is his fated mate and he will do whatever it takes to protect and have her. Unlike Mia who is clueless to how the lives of the wolves work, she has no idea how strong the bond is when an Alpha finds his mate. Shifter/ paranormal is not usually my favorite genre, but if I’m being honest I did Thoroughly enjoy the story. It was well written and I liked The plot. I do Wish it was longer because I wanted To know more about the characters. If you enjoy books with fated mates, found family, enemies to lovers and wolves then this one is for you and I highly recommend it.

This was a nice short story to read. Looking for an easy read that is a little on the tamer side then this book is for you.

There are some brutal fights between brothers that leads to Alpha Dane killing them both in order to protect his 2nd mate. No way would he allow for another mate to die.

Mia is a simple human thrust into a world she has no idea about, lived a pointless and sad life with a useless father who threw her selfishly to the wolves just short of her 18th birthday.

This is quite a fastish paced story, but just enough details to see the growth and love between Mia (going from clueless to accepting her role willingly) and Alpha Dane.

For me to have loved and enjoyed it even more, is if there had been more of a slower pace and longer lingering development between the two main characters. And even more indepth emotion felt between them.

But was overall a good read 😊

This was a quick low spice shifter read for me. I loved it. It had a great love story accented with just the right amount of spice and longing between the main characters.

Dane was not overly possessive of his fated mate Mia but he certainly showed his willingness to protect her at all costs. Even if that meant letting her go to be her own person. Dane is a great Alpha who values his pack mates and their loyalty.

Mia was a likable character and understandably wanted her freedom to experience life before she was locked into a mate bond with Dane and settled down at such a young age.

All in all a great read if you like shifters and werewolves. If you’ve never read a shifter novel, then this would be perfect to dip your toes in and get an idea of what the genre is all about.

This is a good Novella. Fast pace and had me hooked from beginning to end. Mia's father, Felix, has a gambling debt that he can't pay, so he offers his 17 year old daughter Mia to pay off his. Mia turns 18 in a few days, but Dash is so disrespectful and a dog, but his brother, the Alpha Dane, is hard but sweet in his own way. Mia is fallin for Dane, but he is a werewolf. Mia has issues with one of the girls, Catrina, but Dane is a protective alpha, and nobody touches Mia. Mia is a feisty FMC, and Dane is an amazing MMC. They have lots of stuff in their way to true happiness, but will that let them not be mates, or will that help them along the way. I adore Dane.

And c.c. Lopez has done it again , I loved this novella. Given it is a Novella nothing was missed in this book . Fantasia story with great detail . Love , desire , betrayal mad so much more . This story has a unique tale different from the normal werewolf I'm used to seeing and I loved that . Mia and Danes story was years in the making and it was beautiful. Mia was such a strong female character given being a human in the story however slightly stubborn . Same is every bit alpha leader you'd expect. If your looking for a stunning shorter read this one's it .

Let me start off by saying this was my first shifter romance and I really liked it. I really wanted Mia and Dane to get together even in the beginning. l kept rooting for them the whole time! I loved how protective Dane was over Mia. He was the very definition of touch her and ☠️ I absolutely depise Dash though! He had me wanting to throw my book across the room! Mia also had me wanting to throw my book because she was just so stubborn! All in all I really enjoyed this story! I'd recommend if you like shifter romances!

Alpha Dane 🥵 so hot what a man. The leader of a werewolf pack, wild, primal, strong, powerful and ever the gentleman.

A story of family betrayal, love, kidnapping, lust, longing and friendship with just hint of spice.

Cc Lopez paints a beautiful picture with her words. Those this book quick little novella size read do of course it’s fast paced with twist around every corner it leaves you wanting more.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It's a great fast paced read. I've been a fan of author's writing for many years. She has a way of creating a world that feels real. Her characters always allow you to become immersed in their lives as the story unfolds. It's always intriguing to see how the story comes together. I highly recommend her books to everyone!!

This was a short quick little novella size read. This is pretty fast paced but that is to be expected with a shorter book. You get some of Mia and Danes back story. It is enemies to lovers with some over all age gap in wolf years versus human years. I did not feel this was super spicy read with like two scenes. There is a time jump in the book going from present to a few years later. I love a protective alpha shifter romance who does anything to protect his fated mate. If this checks any boxes check it out. Good standalone with a HEA.

This was the second book I’ve read by CC. Lopez and she didn’t disappoint!
Mia isn’t scared to speak her mind and Dane knows how to handle her. They are the definition of soulmates, I nearly melt reading some scenes 🫠
Shoutout also to Kendra, our strong and loyal girl, who is always there for Mia 🐺

This book is short and fast-paced without compromising the story. I loved it! It is perfect for a quick but still interesting read.
