Okay, J.C. Bryer I see what you did. Making me fall for a character I had no plans on actually falling for.
Eyan is worth it. I know! Stick with me here. Trust the process. I promise.
This was the conclusion to the Keep Series, and it was much more than I was expecting it to be. Lila finally got all that she wanted, and Bear still holds my entire heart, but I've finally come around to all of these boys. Even if it took five books to do it.
This entire series deserves way more love than it receives. I hope if you take a chance on book one you love the world that J.C. Bryer created as much as I do.
You're thrust right in to life with Lila and her husbands- this is book 5/5 in the Keep series but I read it first and can't wait to go back for the other four.
And, people, Eyan is worth the wait.
Lila - "What does it take to make ye spill?" Eyan - "An arrowman holds his draw until a body says otherwise."
The Keep series was an incredible, immersive, lovely story. I’m so sad to have finished, I could’ve marched and smoked poppy with these characters forever. These books deserve way more popularity and love.
