The author returns to the original texts and sources in order to provide a comprehensive overview of Celtic Spirituality. He outlines what is known about the Celts, their lifestyles and beliefs, megalithic tombs and stone circles, the origins of the Celtic people, the folk prayers, and shows how some of the major themes of Celtic heritage interface with the Christian Easter mystery.

I honestly don't know what to say about this book. I've heard so many good things about it and some chapters were interesting to read like the ones on Neart, and the Celtic year, but the rest...I was either uninterested or the information was out of date. I guess with All the times this book was suggested to me, I'm not sure what all the fuss was about.

One of the finest books I've read. Sean O Duinn's knowledge and passion for his subject shines like a beacon throughout this book and gives the reader insight and longing for the sheer depth and vitality of the celtic world of spirit -christian and pre-christian alike.
