Todd escapes the series because he’s too good for it and also it betrayed the revolution #tbh. Aside from that it’s very “Avengers… Assemble” in a Re Zero coat plus more Arc 7 epilogue than Arc 8 Phase 1; emotions run high and exciting payoff reunion runs amok, yet while it’s more gratifying to read than late Arc 7 I can’t help but feel it’s conceptually boring. Over 60 chapters to go in this super-arc but it feels like a straight run to the finish now: will I make it in good time? It’s probably not in my best interest to do so but perhaps that’s what I’ll find myself up to anyway

Point where I drop the series, I've been dragged away from the main focus of the series for too long, I like mysteries side of Re:Zero, NOT THIS, thus I'm shifting to lord of mysteries. If I do continue, I'll make sure to speed read this arc.
