本书分为三个部分:“原则篇”“动作篇”和“计划篇”。 “原则篇”包含陈邹琦老师对训练动作底层原则的大量思考,这里有四个重要的内容:体能训练金字塔、正确动作的三个标准、动力链模型和关节功能筛查。大多数健身类图书对这四个内容罕有涉及,价值颇高,足以体现陈邹琦老师扎实的专业素养。 “动作篇”包含五大动作模式:屈髋动作、下肢双腿动作、下肢单侧动作、上肢推动作、上肢拉动作。此外,还有核心区域训练和四肢补充训练。每个训练动作不仅列出了相应的技术要点、错误点,还提供了较易与较难的变式动作,以及关节受限的解决方案。每个动作模式,都附有一张非常清晰的思维导图对训练动作进行归纳梳理。 “计划篇”化繁为简,分为单次计划和长期计划,专注于动作、负荷强度、负荷量、间歇时间这四个变量的制定。
