Better than Siddur et Ratzon. Not as good as Mishkan T'filah. I think the thing I dislike the most about this book is that while it is intended to be a Reform siddur, only parts are transliterated while others are not. This causes a barrier for those people like me, who are converts, to feel excluded from the service until we get Hebrew down. I am going to be doing my bar mitzvah officially out of this book but I am doing all my practice out of other siddurim. Plus we are having to add some of the prayers because Gates of Prayer does not have my favourite prayers.
