saving a few recipes: chipotle stewed chicken (p. 118), bbq turkey kielbasa and baked beans (p. 130), slow cooker mushroom risotto (p. 152), italian eggplant stew (p. 162), vegetarian black bean soup (p. 170)

Love the idea. Not all the recipes sound good (or are very easy), though. I guess I prefer less than 10 ingredients in my recipes.
