I was just six months pregnant when I lost the man I was going to marry. Mouse was caught in the crosshairs of a war between the Kings of Korruption MC and a rival club, leaving me to raise our daughter alone. Brokenhearted, angry, and terrified, I struggle through life, determined to raise my daughter the best way I know how.
Since the day Mouse was killed, Bosco has been tasked with watching over us. As time passed, he became a part of the family, a man my daughter can rely on. A man who has never let me down, and whose intensity makes me weak in the knees. But that man is part of the same club that got Mouse killed, and there’s no way I can put myself or my daughter through that a second time.
Bosco
Taking care of Sarah and her daughter may have started out as a duty handed down to me by the president of my club, but now it’s as vital to me as breathing. Now I’ve become attached. I’ve learned how kind, brave, and sexy Sarah is. I was even there when she gave birth to the little girl that captured my heart the moment she took her first breath.
My feelings for her have turned from friendship to an all-consuming passion that threatens to burn me from the inside out, but I know she’s not ready. So, I wait. I wait while she takes the time she needs and stand by while she grieves. But when the world as we know it is rocked on its foundation, I can’t wait any longer. I need to prove to her that it’s okay to move on, that we need each other. That I will do whatever it takes to make her happy.

Audiobook review. I loved Bosco and Sarah. I especially enjoyed the unique circumstances wherein they got together. The plot was interesting and well executed. The characters as individuals were developed well and were relatable.
The one opportunity that I felt was missed was the development of the relationship. I get that most growth happened as they were friends but I felt we were told more so than shown and I was left wanting more development outside of the circumstances they faced.
The narrators were a great fit for the characters. The tone, pitch, and fluctuations were on point.
All in all a great addition to the series. I am looking forward to the next book.
➳Title: Bosco ➳Series: Kings of Korruption MC # 5 ➳Author: 💕 Geri Glenn ➳Publication: April 30th 2018
ღ Officially the last book in the Kings of Korruption MC series, Geri Glenn close off this series with bang . I got to say I love these friends to lovers romance…… beautiful job lady
Reading about cancer is hard on anyone, especially if it hits close to home like it for me. I think Geri Glenn did a great job with her research on cancer & even more of amazing job on telling Sarah & Bosch's story.
This story wasn’t about club wars or drama of kidnapping etc. this story was about family & you didn’t have to share blood to be considered family
Sarah was devastated being pregnant & finding out that Mouse( the love of her life), was killed at the Kings of Korruption MC cookout. She had Anger & resentment issues with the club.. She blame them for her lost, she pushed everyone away but Bosco. Or more like Bosco never the her go
Bosco loved helping out with Sarah & Millie, but it’s been 3 long years that he has stood by Sarah & he not sure if he can handle seeing Millie suffer like his twin did
This book showed how hard Sarah struggles not only with her feelings for Bosco but letting go of the guilt she feels for moving on without Mouse. Sarah find out the hard way that no matter what she is part of the the Kings of Korruption MC family & with that in mind –true family stand by you no matter what. It showed the true MC family & how they are always there
I must warn you: this is also a highly emotional story of loss, love, & moving on with life. So get your box of Kleenex ready
➦📚 Hope you enjoy this read & also always keep in mind this is just my opinion
➦ 💕 would I recommend this book: Hell Yes. ➦ 💕 would I recommend this Series: Hell Yes.
I can't believe this is the end of the Kings series and Geri knocks it out of the park with her last book. The prologue pulls you in and the characters keep you reading chapter after chapter. The brotherhood and family of the Kings and the Ol Ladies truly shines in this book.
Sarah was pregnant at the time she lost her fiance Mouse and while he had not been a patched member at the time of his death, he was after and the Kings take care of what's theirs. Bosco was assigned to watch Sarah and over the three years, he has watched over her and her daughter Millie, feelings of more than friendship develop. Even though Sarah has distanced herself from the Ol Ladies they rally around her as soon as she needs them. Mille getting sick may be just what was needed for Sarah to stop living in the past and looking forward to a new future with Bosco and the Kings.
This story takes you on an emotional ride so make sure you keep tissues nearby.
Bosco was the fifth book in the King’s of Korruption MC series by Geri Glenn.
Wow, what an opening and it set the precedent for the emotional, heart wrenching book. There were two main plots that had Bosco in two separate directions - both were heavy topics filled with heartbreak. One was a second chance for a new beginning and a long life while the other was a fight for life for the young and innocent.
Bosco was a patched MC member of the Kings of Korruption. We learned early in the book that he had a twin brother that he lost at fifteen which changed his life forever. It’s what drove him - both good and bad, but finally good when he turned his life around forever.
Sara was the “widowed” fiancé of a prospective member, Mouse, that was killed in an MC rival battle while he was protecting one of the MC ladies. He was a hero and Sara and their unborn daughter would be taken care of for life by the MC. Bosco was the MC member assigned to her and they became fast friends. Fast forward several years and their daughter, Millie, was two.
I loved everything about Bosco. He was gorgeous, alpha, strong, confident and getting past his tragedies made him a better man. In his manliness, he also had a gentleness. As to Sarah, it was hard for me to like her but it was also hard for me to dislike her. I didn’t particularly care for her waffling indecisiveness but I had compassion for all she lost and was going through, so I overlooked her personality.
In the end, it was a fast and emotional read. Glenn also set the stage for the new Chrome series, a spin off from the Kings of Korruption. Rachel is up first and it teases to be explosive and action packed.
This is the fifth book in the Kings of Korruption MC series and I will be honest, I went in blind with this book as I had not yet read any of the other books in this series. However, after reading Bosco that is about to change because Geri Glenn will have you hooked within the first chapter. Bosco isn't your typical MC romance as it doesn't contain the grit and edge that are normally part of the story, but do not under any circumstances let that put you off. This book is emotional and will have your heart aching for what Bosco, Sarah and Millie will endure. After Sarah's fiancé is killed in a drive by shooting her care is entrusted by the club to Bosco in support of their dead brother. After 3 years Sarah still holds the club responsible and keeps them all at arms length. For 3 years Bosco has looked after Sarah and her daughter Millie as if they were his own even being there for the birth of Millie. Bosco knows that what he feels for these two is love but convincing Sarah might just be harder than he even realizes. As Sarah's world is thrown into turmoil with the worst news she could ever face it is Bosco and the club that have her back. Sarah and Bosco must face up to truths and at last confess secrets that are holding them back. Their story is one that will break your heart and at times will fall close to home for some, but it will also show you that family doesn't need to be blood. Bosco's story although at times painful, is one full of inspiration and love. This is a totally addictive story and one you will find you will not be able to put down.
Heartbreaking.. Sarah can’t catch a break - one disaster after another.. the same goes for Bosco.. they’ve both gone through a lot and deserve some happiness 🫶
Last book in the Kings of Korruption MC series and I shouldn't have read it... You will ask me why I did, I wanted Bosco to get his happy ending but this book was way too emotional for me. is one of the few things that affect me when I read books. So I ended up loving this book and hating it at the same time... Totally worth it though!
As frustrating as the h was at times. I respect her willingness to hear people out and truly process their criticisms. That's not easy! Also, her epiphanies were a slow build as it is for most of us. She just was dealing with so much and was emotionally overwhelmed.
Thankfully she owned up in a super genuine way to her mistakes, took to heart what those she trusted saw in her, and found her way through the overwhelm.
Such a great story! Had me all up in it from start to finish. 💙💙
Bahaha! My bestie knows me so well. I’m not usually into these types of books anymore (I’ve progressed as a reader), but this one was CUTE! It’s not Pulitzer prize material or anything, but it is adorable in its own way. It’s very easy to read and stay plugged into. Plus, the dynamics for this one were quite different from the usual alpha male stuff everyone uses. This take was one the relationship between the two was refreshing and enjoyable. Great little read if I do say so myself!
What a great end to this brilliant series, although I feel we will be seeing a lot of the characters in books to come. I had a real emotional time with this book, things like this are never easy to read, especially when you are dealing with a small child.
I found this book although was really good, it had a lot of holes in it, I wanted and I guess I needed more. I felt it jumped and skipped things I wanted to know more about. It doesn't detract anything from the book, in itself I guess its a personal thing for me.
Sarah and Bosco were always on the cards when the club thrusts them together after Mouse's death. And although it was beautiful, hot, heavy and a long time coming. I felt it again lacked something that wasn't written. I guess again I just needed more. Millie completely stole the show for me in this book.
I do really recomend this book as although I wanted, hell I needed more. It was good and did indeed round off this series nicely.
When Sarah's fiance (Mouse) is killed before even meeting his unborn daughter, Sarah's life takes a turn... Not the one riding off into the sunset she was expecting. Being a single mother is a lot harder that she ever imagined, but her stubbornness may be her downfall.
The club has always reached out to her, starting with Bosco. He has been there since day one. He wants nothing more than to claim his girls, but is biding his time.
When an unexpected issue is thrown into the mix we have to wonder if our duo will ever become a couple. This is an emotional read with many highs and lows. One of my favorite parts is the words of wisdom from Laynie. Another great read from Geri!
This is the last full book of this series.... there's another but think it's a short story but reading it next At the end of this one it says you can read about Rachel's story but she didn't write them...
This is Basco's and Sarah's story. Finally figured out how he got his name.... it's simple and boring....lol. Sarah is the one who was pregnant when Mouse was killed. Basco was assigned to watch over her and help her any way he can. I will tell you it starts off sad.... I don't like sad books but the good came back... It's a fact of life and does happen.... I did shed a few tears..... really good story
This isn’t your typical MC story…it’s so much more. Ms. Glenn took on a storyline that pulls at your heart. It’s a story of lose, love and struggles and how to deal and possibly overcome each and every one of those things. Besides how can you not love a biker who is full of love and has learned the hard way as to how an MC can become a stronger connection than any blood family?!
This was a hard read for me books that deal with cancer are hard because I've lost ³ people that are close to me the last few years no one is untouched by this disease but this book delt with it beautifully and I'm glad Sarah got the daily after mouse who I loved in other book it was a shame to kill him off it would have been great to see how they met and fell in love
All the emotions!! I am so happy to see Sarah get a happily ever after! The fact that it’s with Bosco just makes it so much better. He has survived so much and come out on the other side. They are so good for each other. I did actually cry in this one, but I’m very happy with the ending!
This book tugs at the heart strings a bit. How they all rallied together for Millie. I was crying… it was so sweet. Reaper will forever be my favorite character throughout this whole series. Then there’s Bosco with how much he loves and cares about Sara and Millie. He’d do anything for them and he proved that time and time again. Loved this one.
I have loved this whole series and I’m so sad it’s the end . Sarah has been through so much loosing mouse, when she was pregnant but Bosco has been there throughout. The story will tugged on you’re heart, make you laugh and cry and wish you had this ‘family’ supporting you in times of need.
Wow, that was some powerful stuff, made me cry more than once, but to be honest I wouldn't have read it if I knew what was it about, I hate stories like this cancer is not something I want to spend my free time reading about. So great book dreadful topic.
This book was okay. Heroine really got on my nerves. She just acted too clueless throughout the book. Still like this author and will continue to read.
Wow! Bosco sucked me in at the Prologue and spit me back out at the Epilogue. Watching Scott and Spencer together in the prologue reminds me of the unbreakable bond I share with my sister who is suffering from an unimaginable chronic nerve disease. If I could take her pain on myself, I would—just as Bosco feels towards his twin. The emotional start to this book was just a precursor of how Bosco’s life plays out with the present-day King’s. We know that Sarah lost her fiancée and baby daddy, Mouse, in a drive-by while he was protecting Laynie. Sarah has since given birth to their baby girl, Millie, and Bosco has been looking out for them ever since Mouse’s untimely demise. Sarah has been trying to single parent Millie and keep their heads above water financially, but just can’t seem to keep above the current. She feels like a failure. Bosco wants more from Sarah but their relationship is haunted by Mouse’s memory and Sarah’s fears of becoming involved deeper with a man who is in the same club that she blames for Mouse’s death. This is an emotional journey for Bosco as past fears come to life again through Millie, his love for Sarah is hanging in the balance, and we just don’t know if Sarah is going to be strong enough to take on Bosco and his love, along with the club life and all that entails. We find out more about Bosco’s past and when he comes clean to the club, you can literally feel his soul lighten with the unburdened secrets he’s been keeping. Bosco and Sarah both had crappy parents, so they definitely know what NOT to do when raising Millie. And Millie is definitely just as much Bosco’s child as she is Sarah’s. Bosco steps up and throws down in his protection of Sarah and Millie consistently throughout their life after Mouse’s death. I was so happy how the book ended…Bosco deserves everything and more. He is truly has one of the best souls and he shows that through his actions towards and interactions with others (Rachel). Bosco has been searching for a family he can count on and supports him in all things and he finally finds that with the King’s and Sara. The King’s always protect what is theirs…no matter the cost and that is the message in this installment of the King’s of Korruption. Reaper is my hero…this book was so emotional for me, I just can’t put it into words. Your heart will crack, then break, then be put back together. I couldn’t put this book down until I had soaked up all that is Bosco…and after I had my ugly cry several times. #King’sRule #BoscoIsBoss #MillieHasUncles #BaldIsBeautiful #NeverGiveUp #AngelsWearLeather #TheBowMatchesYourEyes
5Stars I feel it is only fair to warn you that the beginning is an emotional turmoil, one where you really feel such heartache and this does continue on and off throughout the book. Such fabulous writing by this author, she certainly has a way with words that makes you feel a part of the story.
Bosco, aka Scott, is a King's Korruption MC member who prospected with Mouse. Sarah and Mouse were an item until they weren't and although she still has Bosco visiting, she isn't happy about the club anymore.
Bosco is an honest character who is a little hard on himself but he is such a beautiful soul. Sarah has to deal with so much at such a young age and her plight is 'real life' making it feel like it could be someone you know. As much as my heart ached at times for Sarah there was a time or two where I could cheerfully have shaken her! Then again that is what good writers do, they get you totally invested in the story! And I just want to add..go Ryker! 🙃
There are life lessons to be learnt in many stories and this is one of them for sure. I appreciated the fact that this author didn't sugar coat things but instead helped us to experience life in a different way. It might not be everyone's cup of tea but it's better than experiencing it for real and gifting us an insight that hopefully makes us better people.
I am so pleased with the very end but...my lips are sealed! 🤐

Oh Geri Glenn what have you done to me ?..This 5th book in the Kings of Korruption series was so emotional,I found myself crying unexpectedly. I lost my mum 3 weeks ago she had leukemia and so to have a story that has this disease mentioned, really stirred up alot of feelings for me. Geri Glenn written about the subject perfectly and although upsetting I am so glad I listened to this book. This is Bosco's book a former prospect to the Kings mc he is now a fully patched member and has been falling in love with Sarah. Sarah is a single mother and widower...It was 3 years since she lost Mouse her former fiance who was killed in a drive by shooting..when he was a prospect for the Kings MC. When Mouse died the kings sent Bosco to take care of her and her baby girl and so he has always been there for her. Sarah is begining to see Bosco in a different light he loves Millie her little girl and she knows he cares for her...But she feels guilty about having interest in another man who isn't Mouse. Bosco has a troubled past but has turned his life around and now he has found his family which are the Kings MC...And now he wants Sarah and Millie to be a part of that family too. But Sarah has a grudge against the Kings Of Korruption because of what happened to Mouse, she can't go through that again so denies her feelings for Bosco...But when tragedy strikes Bosco and the Kings MC are the ones who are there for her and her daughter. I loved this story Bosco is such an amazing man he has the patience of a saint,he has waited 3 years to make a move for Sarah and I felt bad for him because at times it looked like he was fighting a losing battle to win over Sarah. I loved the way he adored Millie too and the love Millie had for him. This was such a heart wrenching story and not your usual MC style story, the focus is not on the MC and all the problems they have..The focus is upon Bosco,Sarah and Millie and the events that surround them. This is a fantastic audiobook which is beautifully narrated by Troy Duran and Kasha Kensington,I really enjoyed listening to their performances. This is a gorgeous book that is beautifully and sensitively written by Geri Glenn I loved her writing and the way she described situations and love her imagination. I fell so easily in love with these Characters and this world she created I am sad there is only 5 books. LOved it. Excellent. 5 Stars/
Depressing and boring, no real MC stuff and just didn't feel.or connect to any of the characters. I've read all the books in this series, the last book Reaper in 2017, and it was so cliched, with a plot copied straight from Sons of Anarchy when the dirty cop/fbi agent tries to frame Jax Teller and the club, plants evidence, keeps harnessing them, etc that I hist didn't enjoy it here.
It was just so boring with all that straight from Sons of Anarchy harassment that I just couldn't be bothered to read this book, even thoughit I actually did like Reaper and Anna, I found their romance too drowned by the boring stuff. And it didn't make me like Bosco or Sarah either, so no reason to read this. I'd just spent so much time and money reading the first four books, that tells you how boring and depressing I found book 4.
Now that I have read this, the last book in the series, 3 years later, it's to find there was nothing uplifting about it. Wish I'd stuck to my decision and hadn't bothered to read it. I don't want to read about a child being seriously sick. I don't know if authors think depressing equals gritty, or dark, or intense, or whatever, but it doesn't, it just makes it depressing. I know some people like really soppy, tear at the heart strings movies so guess it's the same with books but not for me thanks.
This is also completely unbelievable. If parents are so devastated about losing one of their twin sons to cancer, and before that they are wasting away by caring and worrying for him, then there's just no way that they would take off and abandon their other son! No, just not believable. The author completely contradicts her initial scenes just to throw depressing crap on to her characters.
It's also extremely repetitive, the opening scene tells about his brother's cancer, then he thinks about his brother and the cancer at least twice more immediately after this, then he tells his brother's story in the AA meeting, then he tells her, Sarah, about his brother having cancer, then talks to her about it again when he tells her about his addiction, mindlessly boring! Like seriously mindlessly boring! This author's books have gotten more depressing, more boring and more unbelievable as they go on. Not good.
When I read the author’s ramblings at the beginning of the book I knew I was going to need some kleenexes. I was almost in tears reading the first chapter. Reading about cancer is hard on me anyway. My heart truly broke for Bosco. The pain he felt at a young age took him on a spiral down. It is good to know he was able to find his way out of the darkness.
I did wonder how long Bosco was in love with Sarah. I know in the book it said at least three years. But I had to wonder if he did not start loving her even before Mouse died.
I can not imagine what it was like for Sarah. Here she was pregnant and now being told by her fiancé’s MC that Mouse (her fiancé) was dead. Her world was caving in. I loved how Bosco was there for her from the get go.
I am a huge lover of MC books as long as they are written well. I loved how this author wrote this book. The author truly showed the brotherhood, the closeness, and the bond that the MC has. It did not bother me that this book did not have drama in it. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind it from time to time but it was nice to see a book focused on what the MC is about and how they are more then just outlaws and parties.
Bosco’s hurt and heartache does not end with his brother and his friend Mouse’s death. Sarah will go through something that will crumble her world, even more the Mouse’s death. What Sarah goes through will rip Bosco’s heart into. He loves Sarah and her daughter. It was so great to see that he was a rock for Sarah and willing to help her with what ever she needed even though she tried time and time again to push him away.
I loved to see how the MC was there for Sarah as well. They looked at her as family. I loved seeing them going above and beyond for her and her daughter. It was something to see a 3 year old soften those biker boys’ heart as well.
Truly a great story and glad i got a chance to read it. This book can be read as a standalone and I hope to go back to the previous books and read them as well.
