The Kraken #6

Fallen from the Stars

Rate this book
Vasil has spent his life serving the needs of his people, denying his own desires — until a star falls from the sky. He follows its fiery trail and finds the unexpected: a mysterious human female. She is his chance at having the mate, the family for which he’s longed. But when he discovers her connection to the organization that created and enslaved his ancestors, he must decide if claiming his happiness is worth the risk of exposing the kraken.

Stranded on an unknown planet, Theodora Velenti has limited supplies and no way to call for help. Hopeless, the arrival of a half-man, half-octopus alien doesn’t seem like an improvement. But despite his differences, Theo finds herself drawn to him. Giving in to Vasil’s advances means accepting that the life she knew is gone forever. Can she give up a chance of rescue or is what she and Vasil feel for each other real?

Merfolk May continues...

Reread for Merfolk May 2021! Still an enjoyable read.

Best of Series: extra spicy, extra funny!

Vasil - quiet, watchful, silver, sexy. Not a kraken to race off on a whim, but when he sees a falling star he knows it’s meant for him.

Theodora just survived the destruction of her ship, and a warp tear, to end up trapped on a deserted island with a kraken who wants to be her mate.

Theo’s AI companion Kane was hilarious! (Voiced by Paul Bettany in my mind)

“He’s got tentacles, Kane! Tentacles!”
“All the better to love you with.”

“Pros and cons of what, Kane?”
“You know. Reasons why you should and should not have alien tentacle sex.”

“I can’t quite tell if you’re about to die, or you’re just horny,” Kane whispered in her mind.

“How do you feel about tentacular penetration as a safe word?”

I could go on and on! Plus the extra spicy scenes made this five stars of entertainment!

Sigh. So ends the series for at least two years.

Good choice for off planet insert

Theo had a terrible lonely life on a spaceship before crash landing on Halora. Luckily, she decided the hot alien was worth a second glance. Vasil has been a side character for a while now and I was looking forward to his book. He was levelheaded (except when it came to Theo being in danger), practical, and selfless to a fault. Theo brought some sunshiny humor to his life. Cute couple - interested to see who is next!

Spice: 4/5

Triggers: child SA (off page), PTSD, torture (off page), animal attack, violence (off page), child abuse and neglect (off page), grief

When Vasil sees a light streaking across the sky and plunging into the sea, he can't resist the urge to follow it. The last thing he expected to find is a human woman. Could this be his chance to finally have a mate and a family like the other kraken? Theodora wakes stranded on a strange beach with her ability to communicate gone and limited supplies. And with an alien male, with the upper body of a human, but lower body of an cephalopod, looming over her. All she wants to do is escape. But, the more time Theo spends with Vasil the more rescue and escape become unappealing if it means leaving him behind.

Vasil is a kraken character we haven't seen very much of in this series until now. As that was the case, I wasn't sure what to expect, so I went into this book a little cautiously. I should have put more faith in to Tiffany Roberts, I have loved every single one of their books and that now includes this one. Fallen from the Stars had a great combination of romance, humour and battles with sea monsters.

I really liked the romance between Vasil and Theo. It built up gradually as they survived together on a desert island but the attraction and chemistry was there right from the start. Vasil knew what he wanted from Theo almost immediately, for her to be his mate, and I loved watching his very direct yet also somehow shy pursuit of her. It was adorable. My only wish for this book was that we knew Vasil a bit better before the start of it, like we have with the other kraken.

This was a great read, I could read this series forever the kraken are such a wonderful creation from the minds of Tiffany Roberts. If you want a romance with charm, humour and a bit of action thrown in then you need to give this series a try.

What a fine story!
Vasil is quite a character! After years of doing what he ‘should’ for his fellow kraken, he impulsively takes off to follow a shooting star. It proves to be a changing point in his life. I love the moments of confusion when he doesn’t understand human sayings. And love just as much how quickly he learns them and feeds them back to Theo. It doesn’t take long for Theo to warm up to Vasil. Their relationship is super hot! I must confess to a few doubts (plus anxiety) when Theo retrieved a certain piece of equipment, though.
Kane, Theo’s smart alec AI, adds a welcome touch of humor.
Safe words...oh, my! 😄 A fine novel, filled with discovery, danger, extraordinary effort, passion, some very touching moments, and, yes, humor!

Wow.
I feel like this series has only gotten better with each book I’ve read.
This was such a good read.
I absolutely fucking loved Kane and Theo’s relationship and all the comedic relief he offered even in the most harrowing moments.
And there were definitely tough moments.

This is another one where I’d say check the TWs. Nothing happens on page but some childhood trauma is talked about and it was heart breaking to read even for someone with basically no triggers.

I completely adored Vasil and Theo together. Their romance is so sweet and powerful. And completely sexy.
Another thing that I think gets better through this series is the sex. I mean damn. The sex in the first book is hot as hell but the sex with Vasil and Theo is explosive and passionate with just a hint of roughness that really fucking got me.

I just loved this book.
I’m so glad I kept reading this series.
I’ll be honest. I didn’t think I’d continue with it after reading Randall’s book. Mainly because I just didn’t feel the same excitement after reading it that I did the first two. But I’m so glad I took a break and then pushed through that hesitation because the two books after Randall’s were my absolute favorite of the series.
Seriously. So freaking good.
Again I thought I’d just stop after this book. But I’m just too damn curious and hopeful to catch more glimpses into past characters’ lives to not read Ector’s. I just need to finish the series and see how things end for Halora.

Vasil is so freaking sweet, and possessive. I love it.
And I love Theo and Kane. Such a fun dynamic between those two.

Honestly I’m torn....

This writing team has huge talent and over all I love their work, but therefore always hits and misses and fir me this was a miss .
Not a huge one,but a miss all the same..
First it started with my problem connecting with Theo.
Deep sigh
If you can’t connect w/your MC’s they never feel real to you.
If they aren’t real you can never really lose your self in the story. And I never did.
Theo wasn’t easy to write I’m sure. Theo was of those kinda hard and crusty, doesn’t know how to trust on the out side but scared and hurting and immensely vulnerable and scared on the inside all covered and coated in ( sometimes too much ) snark and sarcasm. And while I could get it and understanding one level, most of us out here know the pain or hurt or rejection or abandonment in some form or another. I couldn’t relate to how she handled or carried herself at times.maybe one day I’ll read it again and it will connect w/me but not at this moment.

Then there’s Vasil. I kinda liked him. Not as in, I kinda disliked him but liked him to. Nope. Poor Vasil.
We really don’t get to know him that well. Or least I don’t feel(again) I did.
It’s like seeing Theo’s capsule fall from space is his wake up call to push himself to want and get more out of life. To stop just trudging along and doing what’s expected. To question what he wants and why he wants it and then fight for it.
Which is good. Great. Admirable. Needed.
We all need to chase after our dreams or desires when that moment hits us. But that’s all I feel I really got from him.
He just seemed to be there. He was kind. He was possessive.
He was patient . Which he desperately needed at times with Theo. But he always just felt kinda “there”.
I never really felt his connection with Theo or why he wanted her soo desperately. Vasil seemed to be just the lesser or some evils for Theo at first but after a while I could kinda see what she felt for him . but.
It never really felt there for them.
And what really got me was Melania.
She was supposedly a B I G part of the driving force of his story here and his backstory.
I mean Vasil’s story supposedly started in a way, at the end of the last book when his relationship to her is confirmed.
Again. But.
She doesn’t appear til the very end of the story . She confirms just what a truly intelligent child she by already having guessed what confused all the “adults” and then that was all.
No meeting of her fathers new mate . Nothing.
I felt soo cheated by that. WTF?!?!!
Between this supposedly being such a big deal,w/him and Theo’s own parental abandonment in the past,I thought we were going to get front row seats 💺 to watching this new family being formed.
But Nope. After she huge, huge deal is made out of father/daughter relationships and being there for your children ,they have one meeting in the next, next ( 3rd chapter from the end) and that’s it. We don’t see see get to see Theo meet any of the others except Larkin and Dracchus. And while that was nice, most off it was they trying to survive the fixing of something needed on their under water 💦 home. And Dracchus learning to trust her. Lots of scowling and grumpiness on his part.

While this team Tiffany Roberts are amazing and deeply talented in my opinion, this was merely ok for me.
As big a jerk as Kronus could be,he always felt real and I loved every minute of him finding his love and a better life.
Theo and Vasil were ok,but that’s it for me.
But regardless I love this series and look forward to more when it happens. Thank you.

With the ending from Rising from the Depths I had been salivating for this book for a while. Vasil’s Journey following the fallen star was everything I needed and more. I knew inside was either a group or a single woman for our hero. And Theo is just that. Finding herself on a planet that was colonized over three hundred years ago, with no outside contact must have been a shock and, almost like going back in the future. However aside from a few minor freakouts Theo adapts rather well and finds her ‘advanced’ or ‘futurized’ life is nothing without Vasil. It was sweet, charming and easy to get sucked in. I honestly loved the char eater of Theo, a badass “mechanic” covered in tats, whose a lot smarter and brave than she gives herself credit for. And Vasil is just a sweetie. He literally falls instantly for Theo and knows she his. He’ll do anything to convince her she belongs to him and will do anything to protect her even if it hurts himself. And it’s also just been nice to watch the evolution of the kraken species as they take on more human traits like emotions and family.

The intro of some new sea monsters was a bit scary but Theo, Vasil and a few of the other old gang take it like champs. If you’ve read the series up till point do not miss this one, it’s a must. I’ve not been sad to see a series end or pause at least for the year in a while. Looking forward to more in the future, I know however long it takes it will be worth the wait, even if I’m crying on the inside 😜

I always stop reading whatever I’m in the middle of when a new Tiffany Roberts book comes out. The writing duo doesn’t disappoint.

The beautiful descriptions of the worlds their characters inhabit brings them to life in full living color. This series has been so close to my heart.

I loved Theo and Vasil together. There were some lovely touches that harkened back to book 1, exhibited more fully by bringing in a character completely unfamiliar with the Krakens themselves.

Can be read as stand-alone but you’ll have maximum enjoyment if you read the whole series and fully appreciate the cameos from previous characters. Sink in, stay a while. It’s sci-fi romance at its very best.

Not my favorite of the series, but it was ok. I will preface this by saying I did have some personal stuff going on so I couldn't jump into this book like I normally would. I was hoping this would hook me in like the last installment did in the sense that it would be a nice distraction, but no such luck.

I liked Vasil...nothing really stood out to me about him, but he was just as charming as all the other kracken. The Melania story line really sort of fizzled out in this book. I thought it was going to be a bigger plot point, but it really wasn't. And it was treated as if it was no big deal...both by Vasil and Theo. I don't know...just seemed to me like it should have taken a few more pages to develop that story line.

Theo was somewhat annoying at times. I felt she was a little over confident...which kind of turned me off her character. I'm all for female empowerment, but there was just something off about her character that I don't think was explained very well to help us understand her POV. Kane was adorable...he brought a lot of humor to the story, but I didn't like that he was a part of her. He was like the third wheel in the relationship and it just got to a point where I was annoyed with him always being in the background. I was hoping by the end they would figure out a way to separate them from each other...with out destroying Kane, of course...but it didn't happen.

Overall, I liked this as an addition to the series overall, but it wasn't the strongest installment.

“You shine brighter than the sun, my fallen star…my radiant, beautiful star”

I’m probably still biased bc this series has a special place in my heart but this was yet another amazing installment into the kraken universe by TR😌

I’ve always been curious ab Vasil and I didn’t hate him as much as I hated Kronus so there was no fear going into this one. The descriptions of the scenery was really immersive for me, the characters and their personalities was perfect, also the DIALOGUE was amazing. Kane is such a good side character and his comedic input helped balance out the story so it didn’t feel heavy. Lastly, I feel like there was a bit more on page spice in this than the previous books so that was a nice surprise as well.

Oh and I learned a new phrase; “tentacular penetration” (don’t ask😅)

Spice: 🌶🌶🌶.5/5
Emotions: 😂😳😅🥵👀😮🥺🥰🥲💖

*WARNING* for mature readers due to explicit sexual content
Vasil has always been the watcher. Vasil was sire to Rhea's youngling and survived capture of some small minded humans.
Theo had a terrible childhood, ran from an awful foster home and ended up with a mechanic at a space station. Theodora learned a trade and now her life is repairing things for IDC.
I am so glad Vasil got his story, I knew he could be more than a sire to a youngling who doesn't even know. I like that a member of the IDC has crash landed on Halora, it almost seems like poetic justice. The characters of Vasil and Theo are both damaged, but refuse to show it for fear it'll make them look weak. They have much in common, but very different personalities. I adore the Kraken's, but I think this was my favorite so far.

Oh my goodness. Vasil. The quietly supportive, always there when you need him Kraken who gives everything and expects pretty much nothing in return. I liked him. So much.

I also like his straight-shooting ways. He isn't shy about announcing how he wants Theo. In fact, he thinks being honest about it is the best way to move their relationship (if they're going to have one) forward. And, HOO-BOY!, Theo was kind of down with his bluntness. You know, once she got used to the idea that this man, who was very different from her, could want her just because she's her.

Theo's ability to tap into some of the more hidden components of the old technology on Halora gives us a deeper look at how the Kraken had been used and abused by their makers. I like getting answers about the past (most of which we knew, but it was enlightening to see it through someone else's eyes) and I LOVE when previously hidden facets of this world (both old tech and new dangers) are revealed.

In case I wasn't clear, I've loved all the books in this series and love that we're going to get more. Eventually. I'm patient. Really. (No, I'm not. In the words of Veruca Salt, I WANT IT NOW!) *thumbs up*

THIS BOOK! SO F’ING FUNNY! This is my favorite book of the series. It has it all…romance, steamy sex, a little mystery, and all the humor. Quick recap! This is an awesome series by husband/wife writing duo Tiffany Robert. It is set on an alien planet that has been settled by a coalition started by humans sometime in the future. The coalition has a secret mission to mine a new mineral deep in the ocean, but it shorted circuited all their equipment. Unbeknownst to the human settlers, deep in the planet’s oceans the coalition created a new species from combining human and octopus DNA. During this time an interstellar war breaks out and the colonies are left to their own defenses. The kraken revolt and destroy the humans controlling the deep sea facility. Over 300 years pass and the kraken have created their own life and culture in the sea, continuing to harvest anger and resentment toward humans. The human settlers only know the krakens as stories told by old seamen of mythical sea creatures. Until one day, a human was rescued by a kraken and the worlds once again became intertwined. The kraken and human worlds continue to overlap and relationships develop between them, bringing us the story of Fallen from the Stars.

Vasil has watched his friends find love and develop lasting relationships. His loneliness has increased and he continues to long for something to complete his life. While watching the sky one-night Vasil sees something shooting across the sky and feels pulled to follow it. He finds a strange vessel floating in the middle of the vast sea with a woman in it. He fights the sea to cling to it through the night. Waking up the next morning Vasil finds himself face to face with a beautiful woman named Theo…and Kane. Vasil quickly realizes Theo is what he has been searching for, but can he make her believe that? Can he convince her she will be happy on this rudimentary planet? Vasil knows his future it tied to Theo and he will do everything he can to convince her of that.

Theodora, known as Theo, is a mechanic and has lived her life on spaceships in deep space. She had to abandon ship in a life pod and now finds herself on an unknown planet face to face with some type of creature she has never seen before. The only thing she has with her is the artificial intelligence that was implanted when she went to work for the coalition…Kane. Theo quickly comes to know the story of Vasil and his fellow kraken. But can she trust Vasil? Her past tells her that she can’t, but her heart is telling her something different. Which one will she listen to?

Let me just say that one of the best parts of this book is Kane. Theo’s AI definitely has his own personality and it is snarky! Even though he is a collection of processors and computer chips his loyalty and love of Theo is absolute. All I can hope is that these endlessly talented authors find a way to make a body for Kane so he can have a happy ending of his own. Wait until you get to the part where Theo is shouting to Kane “Tentacle Penetration”! I just hope you are somewhere you won’t get in trouble for laughing out loud because you will! Kane even helps Vasil and Theo find their happily ever after, which of course they do because Tiffany Roberts know what their readers love. This series has just continued to get better and better! Read it now!! You won’t regret it.

Theo in the sky, no diamonds

Vasil has watched. He's been a fringe kraken, doing as he's supposed to to keep the species alive- hunting and he fathered a youngling. He survived torture by humans, tried to keep the kraken united, and has helped keep the peace with humans. So, when he sees something fall from the sky, he has a selfish moment and chases it.
Theo has been knocked around. Even before her ship blew up and she crashed to... wherever this is. But a hard knock life is different to waking up to an alien with tentacles. Even after 18yrs in space this is very new. But learning how this being came to be makes her wonder what else IDC has done on other worlds. And wonder if she really wants to go back to the same people that created slaves.

Spoilers ahead.
Vasil has been a background person. And, although Theo was the falling star, he moved to the forefront. The kraken are changing. Vasil is a good example of what was supposed to be, how things always were. The series is evolving, just as both groups are. This may not have been as exciting first contact, or recovery from a missing limb, or escaping from torturing hunters. But, there's a lot of heart in this one. To take a barely acknowledged character and make them center stage takes writing chops. Mild trigger warnings for Theo's background. She tells Vasil about her childhood- involving state homes, foster care, a predator foster dad that made an attempt after he was discovered in another child's room but was stopped. Harshly. But it deserves mentioning for sensitive readers. While these characters didn't feel completely fleshed out they were relatable and engaging. Which, since 1 was new and the other was a blink on a handful of pages, is pretty impressive.

I have Fallen for FALLEN !!!

I really enjoyed this book! It was nice to get to know Vasil, and see his journey from the beginning to now. It's amazing how one or two people can change your outlook .
In this book Vasil has just had it confirmed that Melaina is actually his younglings. And in their culture , Sire's never was a part of the child's life. That the younglings existed was enough. Since his friends Jax , and Arkon have had young of their own and are so hands on, Vasil has had a chance to see there relationships up close and personal. And he wants.....boy how he WANTS.
Theodora is a mechanic on a battleship. Some how , the ship is in a going down fast , and she is able to jump into an escape pod before the final explosion. Before you can say bippity, boppity, boo , Theo finds herself in the Planet Halora. Where Vasil sees her ship as a comet , or something falling from the heavens. He is lead to investigate, and , of course , a horrific storm approaches. But Vasil is determined to see what the heavens have brought. After a Very long swim.,where he has pushed his body to the limit, he diiscovers Theo in a capsule in the middle of the Ocean.....and he CAN'T leave her there !!
What happens when an intergalactic female and an evolved Kraken have to help each other survive on an uncharted island where neither one of them have ever been ??
A WONDERFUL story, that's what !!!
I thought it was divine, and I highly recommended these stories by Tiffany Roberts !! Any of her stories , really 😊😊😊

Trust Fall Loop

This book resonated with me on an emotional level. Yes, I cried… three times..

This journey follows the kraken Vasil as he chases a star into unknown territory. The feeling of desperation and hope as he contemplates the culture shock of the bond of his youngling and his place in the human world. Running into a hot mess of an astronaut named Theo, they find themselves in alien territory with an “alien”.

The exploration of identity and belonging is something I found relatable and thought-provoking. I had to sit the book down and show some love to my husband as I questioned if I had been selfish or self-harming. In the happenings of life, sometimes you lose thought of how everyday day routines can become mundane or make us numb to the little things we should appreciate.

They face dangers of the unknown together and grow an unbreakable bond through it, encouraging each other along the way. Her joining into the community is fruitful and warrants a much needed asset to the growth of the hybrid community at the Watch.

Wholeheartedly recommends reading this book if you don’t plan to read the entire series as it can be a partial standalone without knowing the whole history. The author does well to recap important moments in this world’s timeline. However, if you have time to dive into this adventure then I HIGHLY recommend you read the series~ It’s worth!

Spice Level: Heavy and Savory~

So basically, Theo couldn't do anything without Kane. Or could she? I'm not even sure. Honestly, I don't like her at all because I feel like she doesn't belong there on Halora. Like, she isn't the one for Vasil. Maybe it's because she was one of IDC or my first impression of her wasn't that good. I couldn't click with their romance nor feel their chemistry. What I understand is that their attraction was based on physical curiosity and lust. I still don't get why Vasil fell for her. She was annoying, so quick to judge, and sometimes juvenile and it annoyed me a lot. Her characteristics aren't it for me. Also, her overconfidence started to get on my nerves. Other than that, nothing really happened until 50% of the story and it had me bored.

The only thing that had my interest in this book was Vasil's relationship with Melaina. When Dracchus made his appearance, I was glad that finally, I got some Kraken series vibes back. Before that, the vibes just weren't there. Also, I was glad that Jax and Macy appeared too, albeit briefly.

I really want to love this book like how I love the rest of them but it disappoints me. I don't even feel sorry that I dislike the heroine because she was that annoying. But I do feel guilty toward Vasil. Although his personality was quite a blur to me, he deserves more nonetheless. Huh... I got mixed feelings.

Yay for Vasil's book! This book was a little different than the previous in the series because it's the focus isn't on the Facility or the Watch. For most of the book, Vasil and Theo are stranded on a deserted island after Vasil witnesses her spaceship fall from the sky like a meteor and rescues her. I loved how spunky these two were together. Theo has artificial intelligence embedded into her body that becomes, for lack of a better word, her friend. Kane is snarky and witty and their interactions were so much fun to read.

Vasil is instantly drawn to Theo. He knows about human love, and though it is different from how he was raised, her yearns for it. He wants that emotional and physical connection, and his attraction to Theo makes him think that she'll be perfect for him.

I love how this author wrote their love story. They both has to bend their understanding of love and relationships, and the growth that each character went through was wonderfully written. I've loved reading this Kraken series, and can't wait to dive into more from this author.

Tentacular! Lol

I positively LOVED Kane in this. This story was, yes spicy, scary, and dramatic, but it was also FUNNY. I loved the wit between Theo and Kane. Therefore I have invisioned two futures for Kane. One (which is my least favorite): Theo is ending her life as an old lady, making one last swim to the facility and hooking Kane up to it before she passes, surrounded by all her loved ones, and Kane stays with the facility forever, helping it stay operational with a Theo-Trained Kraken crew that lasts generations. Or, Two: he gets a cute lil cyborg body, or someone that just passed to attach himself to, and then he gets to have an actual family of his own, though I'm sure they wouldn't have the technology to implant him, it's still a nice thought.
I get that he says he's all happy and whatnot, being in a symbiotic relationship, but I can't help feel he should have a brighter future.
Regardless, I loved this book. The added humor was definitely a welcome change, and of course the spicier the better.

I know that Vasil was originally a periphery character, but I have to say that I loved him in this one! He doesn't mince words. He's very direct. He saves Theodora (Theo) from the ocean after her escape pod crashes on Halora. They are stranded on a beach for a couple weeks. Theo has an AI that runs in the background in her brain/body. His name is Kane. This makes her seem cybernetic, but I don't know that she truly is. Kane is to blame for a lot of humorous moments, though! This book was hot, hot, hot! I forgot how much I liked these Kraken and all of their tentacles... possibly better than tails. (If you read IPB, you may get that reference!!) Anyway, I really enjoyed Fallen From the Stars. 4 Stars!

The more the merrier ! As in appendages !😲😜😈

First , maybe Earth men should have tentacles too ! No excuses then ! Hehehe... Thanks to Tiffany and Robert for another adventure on Halora ( sp? ). Nothing fixes a lonely kracken like a lonely human female ! When I first started reading this series of kracken adventures in love / lust, I wasn't too sure of how cohesive a story involving a human and a part human , part octopus would read and be enjoyable at the same time . Well apparently the writing talent of this married couple eased any concerns that I may have had ! The story is presented so well , with heart and humor . I'm hoping to hear more from Vasil and Theo in the future . They are such a cute couple !

Best one yet!

This series has been getting better with each book. It has the capacity to keep going with the information that gets uncovered with each pairing. Where is the third submarine? Is there an outpost that is yet to be discovered? Will the Facility become fully functional now that Zane and Theo are there? Will Halora become spaceworthy? In this instalment, Vasil sees a fireball soar through the sky and chases it down. He finds a damaged lifepod with a woman inside who is from the IDC, the hated organisation that created and exploited the kraken. He and she struggle to come to terms with the divide between them and acknowledge the feelings that are coming to fore. Gosh darn it, I loved it. Hope this series is not over.

4.5/5 STARS
1.8/5 SPICE

I WAS ROBBED OF AN EPILOGUE!! But otherwise Vasil and Theo were so bloody CUTE!!

Vasil found his star and my heart went shgfdajdfnkjfda for him!! He was so soft but fierce and loving and deliciously sweet, and the way he was straight to the point about his feeling and Theo's reaction was sooo funny!

Kane made this book, his parts were honestly what I was waiting for in every chapter and Erin (the VA/narrator) did so well with his attitude! I loved it!

Besides the lack of epilogue, my only other wish was for more moments with Vasil and Melanie - I felt like a two more chapters to allow their father/daughter relationship would've been so nice!

Otherwise, this series owns my heart!
