Almost a history lesson.

Such a great series in a book. I love how it progressed. As always, there’s twist and turns that you don’t see coming.

excellent story telling

quick moving and an unpredictable conclusion

The historical twist was also fun to read. The war in Mississippi is not as familiar as the war in the East.
