I was so looking forward to Madeleine Olivia's recipe book and it did not disappoint. Filled with easy and accessible vegan recipes that sound absolutely scrumptious – I cannot wait to try them all! I also loved the stories, helpful guides at the start (e.g. essential kitchen equipment), and personal touches throughout. I'm not vegan but I do want to incorporate more vegan food into my diet and this is the perfect book to help me with that.
Cosy vegan recipes that are easy to follow, and don't have tons of exotic, unheard of ingredients! Looking forward to trying these recipes and increasing my plant based diet with ease.
