Fourteen-year-old Nora Mullan finds herself drawn, together with others from her school, into the troubles of an eerie piece of land cut off from the seaside town of Ballyhannis, North Ireland
Was it just me or this was lowkey reminding me of writing styles of extremely popular children's authors like Enid Blyton? Keeping it short and sweet, I really love the message this book is trying to get across - that although you are made fun of, although your friends (or anyone for that matter) support one idea, you need to stand up for what you believe. BUT NO-MOM-NORA WAS TOO FAR 😭😭 I also liked how novellaish is quite fast-paced and yet gave importance to the setting too!
