Not bad! I like that there were good definitions for terms and practical recommendations for implementation. My number one take-away was that a bounce rate of less than 30% is considered good.

Read for work. Typical LITA publication with multiple essay-style chapters (in Part One) and essays (in Part Two). Great information. The case studies are as helpful as the bibliography.
