An Al Qaeda assassin, poised to kill O’Brien,is thwarted by a stranger’s intervention. The CIA/FBI team investigating the failed assassination receives hints of a more lethal mission. A young hooker, servicing a Saudi Prince, reports that seven jihad warriors are preparing a night attack on the secret base to kill the test pilots and blow up the three billion dollar spy planes.
Although Tango Trajectory is a novel, the plane, Taurora, is based on an actual Mach 7 plane first revealed to the American public by an article in the Wall Street Journal in 1992.

Tango Trajectory tells the thrilling story of a Latina Navy test pilot who becomes the first woman to fly spook missions who at the same time faces constant hostility from a male dominated base. I like this book as there is a little bit of everything to include challenging missions, terrorism, prostitution, gambling, drinking, romance, etc. The first Mach 7 plane, Aurora, was flown at Groom Lake by CIA test pilots in the 1990s.
