I was intrigued with this series from the get go. I believe this is due to the author creating a great build up for the series for me. There is a website devoted to Racy, Indiana. The website gave a lot of great background and got me interested in the setting and characters before the first book was even published. Very smart on Ms. Rose’s part. {Also on a personal note, I live in the Midwest and one of my favorite parts of traveling down I39 in Illinois is seeing all the wind farms near Paw Paw. When we first started making the regular journey, they were concentrated right in that area and it was always a game to see who could spot the first “windmill” Now there are more and more every time I travel and not just confined to that area.}
That being said, I was beyond excited to be offered the chance to review this book. I dove in eagerly and was immediately transported to Racy, Indiana. The author created a believable setting and characters I could relate to. The relationship dynamic between the three main characters was not a given and they actually had to work to build the relationship. I liked the reality in that. I also liked that they were already established in the BDSM so I didn't have to read yet another story on the wide eyed, scared, and inexperienced submissive. Those stories have their place and I do enjoy reading them but this was a very nice change of pace.
Other characters were introduced and the book left me eager to dive into the next in the series. I love everything about this. The small town atmosphere, the realistic characters and the description that went into all of it made for a very enjoyable read. I highly recommend you pick up this book and get ready to be addicted to a new series! I am dying to read the next book in the series and find out what happens to Alexa.

OH MY FREAKING GOD!!! I knew Winning Her Racy Heart was going to be good by just reading the excerpts but, I had no idea how good the entire book would be from start to finish. I read the entire book in half a day and it grabbed my interest from the first page and I could not put it down.
I am so excited about this new HOT HOT HOT series by Tara Rose. The story and characters just flow together so that the town of Racy Indiana just jumps off the page. Tara has done her research into the BDSM lifestyle for the backdrop of this book and for that I applaud her **clapping** It adds the extra heat to the already steamy romance between Kari, Noah and Adison.
I look forward to reading her next book Claiming Their Racy Sub - that releases March 29th.

Tara Rose is a damn genius. I loved this book from beginning to end. The plot was amazing and the sex scenes were outta this world. As I was reading it I called Kari a lucky bitch more than once! Lol
This book had a under laying message, or at least it did for me. People can change!! Kari changed from a stuck snob who maybe liked kink into a submissive who had no problem admitting she wanted two men or opening up a sex toy store in her hometown. Noah changed from the town bad boy who was sure to end up in jail to college graduate who works as an engineer. Adison changed from the immature boy who made spontaneous decisions to a man who waited months to talk to his high school sweetheart that he still loved.
Racy was so awesome I am ready to move there. It took a lot of guts to start a sex shop in a small town not knowing that they had such a huge kink community. I loved that the town was so supportive of Kari’s shop “Tye Me Up”. (Btw Epic name!!)
The characters were well written and I connected to them right away. The guys overcame their frustrations with each other because they knew she wanted them both. That was extremely sexy and admirable. Plus who doesn’t want men willing to risk their life for yours. The sex was great!! It was just scorching. I will say that Tara is a tease because I am so anxious to read Alexa’s story now! I will be visiting Racy again shortly!! I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a hot ménage!!

This is the first book I have read by one Mrs. Tara Rose, and it won’t be my last. Tara has created a world where the women are saucy, and the men extremely hot and domineering. This first book is about Kari, Adison, and Noah in their unexplored relationship between each other. The three of them have found out that people do indeed change. The three of them finally find that they are better together than apart. The love story hot, and the sex scenes scotching. I look forward to reading what else is cooking over in Racy Indiana!

I loved this book. Not every BDSM relationship is the same as another and I think the author definitely did her research and made it work for all three of them and show the lifestyle. The sexy scenes were enough to make your blood boil, and I absolutely thought that the scenes were amazing and true to a lifestyle of BDSM, which again is NOT the same for each individual relationship. My personal opinion of this book is, Read and Read again. A perfect 5 stars!

What a wonderful start to what is, for me, a brand new series. Kari has returned home to Racy with her best friend, Alexa (who is not from Racy), to open up a sex shop. She uses money that her ex-Dom has invested for her over the years, which is about the nicest thing I can say about him since he has completely obliterated her sense of self-worth. Kari reminds me a little bit of a baby horse, stepping away from its mother for the first time. She’s cute and sassy and has an independent streak that borders on stubborn and hard-headed. I liked her immensely. I also gained a lot of respect for her after the heroes of our tale, Adison and Noah, enter the picture. She doesn’t try to play them off one another, she is up-front about what she wants, and she doesn’t try to hide or deceive either one of them.
Noah was Kari’s neighbor, growing up. He was neglected and abused and was never in Kari’s social circle. Neighbors? Yes. Friends? No. Noah has grown up and done well for himself and is very successful, not to mention smoking hot. And he wants Kari. After a bit of a rocky start, sparks fly hot and heavy between the two of them. Then re-enters Adison, her high-school sweetheart. The boy she lost her virginity to. The boy she left behind for the big city, who then jumped into a quickie marriage and an even quicker divorce, with another woman. Adison realized long ago he made a mistake in letting Kari go and sees her return as his chance to win her back. He’s learned a lot about being a Dom since she left and he is willing and ready to use all his skills to woo Kari back into his arms. Gone is the boy, she left behind and now there stands a man who knows what he wants and who will do anything he can to make it happen. Kari soon realizes that she still has feelings for Adison too. Then start the naughty dreams featuring both men. And both men quickly learn, that in order for Kari to be with either one of them, they have to share her.
The passion and fire between the three of them is blistering hot. I love the domination they have over her and how it is tempered with tenderness and a desire to be more for her. They quickly establish a permanent relationship amid the threat of violent retaliation from a murderer that Kari and Alexa witnessed in New York, during his crime. I only had one issue with this story, if you could really call it that. While Noah and Adison quickly and mutually agree to share Kari, I regret that I didn’t get to “hear” a lot of that discussion between them. Sure, it was talked about but they went from being not-quite-friends-not-quite-enemies to being in a committed threesome with a woman they both love, without any drama or angst. Normally you see a little of one or the other in a story where the men in the ménage are not siblings or best friends but I expected to see a little bit more tension and to have a little more feelings need to be addressed between the men. Still, it wasn’t enough of an issue to take away from my complete and total enjoyment of this story.
Tara Rose also does a fantastic job of bringing the town of Racy, Indiana to life. She entices readers to want to live in a small town, to be a part of the quirky and cool people who live and love there. I can’t wait to dive into the other stories about the other residents of this town, especially Alexa. Overall, Tara’s first book in the Racy Nights Series is not to be missed. It is a well written, fun, and erotic peek into the town of Racy and the many titillating tales we have to look forward to. I give it 4.5 of 5 stars for well written characters, a quick and easy to understand plot, smoldering-hot sex scenes, enough suspense to keep me interested, and the ability to give me a few chuckles too.

Her past is all too present anyway, making Kari uncertain whether she should even get involved with either man. With the lust shining in their eyes, however, Kari is incapable of pretending she does not want both of them in any way, shape or form. Noah and Adison will have to decide if they are ready to bury the hatchet or lose a woman so special it could be a once in a lifetime experience.

Adison was the man she gave her virginity to and all and behold he went on and married a girl he barley knew. How to they expect her to get over that?

These are the books that I just love to read. Whenever I can get my hands on a BDSM menage I have to read it. I really enjoyed how this book slowly lead up to the passion with the three of them. It was greatly written and I can see myself reading the rest of the series.

When Kari's dad brings Noah over to hang the sign open her new business. She doesn't remember him having this effect on her when they were in high school together.
Adison and Kari have a complicated past, will the present be better.
This is a hot story about a small town with big secrets. Being with one sexy alpha dom is hot but when you are in between two?

I absolutely LOVED this book! Tara creates this small town of Racy, Indiana where everyone knows everyone or so they think they do. Her characters are so lovable and real, you feel like you could be good friends with all of them. I felt as though Tara created this imagery that picked me up from the very first sentence and didn't let go until the very last word. I could totally picture her tiny town and all of it's inhabitants. The steam level is this book is HOT. I enjoyed the interaction between Kari and her Doms, Noah and Adison! If you like getting lost in a good, steamy read, I totally recommend this to you. I am looking forward to reading more from this amazing author.

This was my first Tara Rose novel and I loved it! I love stories that take place in small towns. I also love menage stories. In this one, we get both! Wahoo!

This was the first time I had read anything by Tara Rose and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Her 3 main characters all had a shared history of growing up in the same town and attending the same school but Noah had not been a part of their social group and Adison and Kari had been a couple.
15 years later that all changes and wow what a hot story it makes! Am really looking forward to reading more of this series and finding out what else goes on in a town called Racy.

This was a great intro to the series! I like that Tara Rose set her small menage town in a state that isn't written about a lot. That made it unique. The characters were engaging, the sex was good, and I liked that they had a history together and some things to get over. That made it interesting and realistic. Good job!

This story successfully combines many of the best features of a good steamy love story, to give a very satisfying read. Give me two interesting alpha males, with back stories; a woman who has grown into her independence, and potential danger and I am happy. The fact that the heat rises well above furnace level, well that is the icing on the cake!

When Kari Tye and Alexa Monahan decide to start up an adult toy/fetish shop in Kari's hometown it doesn't take long to realize that they may have bit off more than they can chew getting the property and inventory in place before their scheduled grand opening.
Noah Wells and Adison Kincaid have a history with Kari and feel it's fate when Kari returns. Each wants her and feel this is a second chance to show her that they are the better man to have a future with. Things come to a head when Kari lets them know that she has a secret fantasy of submitting to two men at the same time and she's having dreams about it which include them. Can they stop their rivalry to partner up and fulfill Kari's fantasy?

On a purely fantasy BDSM level I appreciated this story and cast of characters. Kari and the guys certainly heat up the pages as they made up for all the years they had been apart and played as often as they could. An example of this is a scene that results after a major, and I mean major, lack of trust is confessed to by Kari. I cannot believe that this scene and follow were true to core principle BDSM.
As to the plot and storyline. My opinion is that the book's priority was to work a storyline around the adult content scenes. Any first in series book has to create the world building and central characters allowing enough space to anchor it with a plot that works. In this one I got confused as things just didn't make sense. The mysterious reason for Kari & Alexa going to Racy was mentioned at intervals yet when played out it was anti-climatic and rushed. I actually did do the eye roll thing as it could have been so much more than it was. Also, a vague non spoiler point I kept asking myself was that modern technology makes it easy to identify DNA if any sample is present when crimes are committed. Just sayin,
I totally agree that the HAWT play scenes that occur frequently in this book make it worth reading as long as the reader realizes that there isn't any reality based BDSM scenes going on, in my opinion.

I don't know if it was her first book, or just the first of the series. I haven't read anything else by her so far. There were a lot of inconsistencies. In one scene, she is giving up her bag to the doorman, and in the next she has it. There were several like this, and I wish I could remember the others, but I don't want to have to go back and look for them. The author also used the characters name, a lot. It wasn't quite as bad as ... , said Chase. It was more the case of, we need to order pizza, Chase. Okay Luke, let's order pizza. And this was throughout the whole book. I did like the story line. Hometown girl comes home to open a new sex toy shop and meets two men from her past. I didn't really care for the BDSM scenes. I am not a pain slut, and apparently Kari is. It just seemed like it was tooooo much. I do

Wow this book was freakin' hot! The story is about Kari who moves back to her hometown after having left for 15 years. She has had some trouble and has moved home to open her own sex shop. Having lived a BDSM lifestyle she is intrigued by two men from her past who are also into BDSM. After some fantasizing she gets to be with each man and finds she can't choose between them so she doesn't. Both men work out their feelings and agree to share Kari as her Doms. Cue the hot sex! This was steamy! I loved the connection between all three characters. The story ends with some action and danger but the trio do get their HEA.

While ménage is a favorite theme, there are lots of ways to do it badly. I'm pleasantly surprised to find this one done so well. Neither story, setting, nor any character pushed credulity too far to be believed which is a relief. Overall good pick.

3 1/2 I enjoyed the story but I couldn't help but compare it to Sophie Oak's Bliss series. I liked the characters enough but just feel their connection. I will still read the other books.

It's my first book i read from Tara Rose. I really like the whole story line in this book but i think there is something missing. I will read book 2 next. Hope i get into it more.
