Allison and Lauren's "story" is a candid and honest reflection of the challenges and joys they have experienced as twins. My understanding of "twinship" was far too narrow. The relationship of these sisters is so much more complicated and connected than one could imagine. As we read through what they have endured and conquered throughout their lives, even at young ages, it gives us cause to reflect. I felt intrigue, anger, sadness, awe, inspiration, happiness and a sense of pride (and so much more) for them and their family as I read. I would love to see an epilogue based on where they are today and what they are accomplishing together! Highly recommended - for anyone!
